Here in [Fashun] we have many guild events.
So far they have pretty much followed the same path
so I figured I would make it the official way of doing events.
It will also reduce confusion and such.
Usually I will post the event thread (in the Guild Event forum)
no more than a week before the event actually starts.
That gives you time to think about theme
and save up for items you might want for it.
The event will last exactly a week.
During the event week you can change your avatar as many times as you want
and also sign up for the Arena.
When the event is over, I will give everyone a participation prize!
And then we can vote for each other in the arena.
Requirements to receive a participation prize:
Dress your avatar for the event for at least one day of the event week,
but I must /see/ your avatar.
The best way to do that is to post in the event thread!
Ask for suggestions, talk about it, w/e.
You DO NOT have to join the Arena to be considered participating,
that part of the event is completely optional.
Btw, don't get to excited about the prize, it's not going to be anything grand.
About the AA group entry:
I've already said it but I just want to stress that it is optional to join.
The reason for joining the AA for the week after the event is
so that if you go through several event avatars you can pick your favorite one to put in the arena.
You don't have to participate in the event to join the group entry either
In the event thread,
I will give you a 'tag' to put in your submission so that we can find everyone's entries easier.

I thought it would be cool to kinda have a time line of all the events we've had. So here it is.
November 22-28 Centaur Week
We didn't do a group entry for this one
but here is our Town raid pictures ;D
January 18-25 Gender Bender Week
We had our first group entry! But I can't show you cause
I picked a dumb tag name xD
February 8-12 International Gasmask Week
Here is our group entry in the AA
February 13-14 Anti-Valentines Day Guild Event
It was pretty much a fail but
Some people did dress up and some did the Town raid too
March 19-26 Midnight Spring Week
This was a pretty successful event
