I probably spelled that wrong. I don't really understand statitory rape. This is all I think I know (what everyone has told me)
That if you are both under the age of 16 that parents can charge the boy if they have sex with consent. It is also rape if the boy/girl is 16 or older and the boy/girl is younger than 16. It is not rape if they are both 16 or 17 but if the boy/girl is 18 and has sex with consent with anyone younger then that is statitory rape. Since it's with consent I would think it's only because the parents bring it up because it's with consent.
