Name: Jade Barre Raldons
Age: 16
Sexual Orientation: Bi-Sexual
General Appearance: Jade is on the average height side with long natural red hair. She has dark brown eyes that accent her medium dark skin tone nicely.
Personality: A bit of a adrenaline junkie, she lives for challenges and danger. Usually not hard to get along with she is almost always in a good mood. Not that much of a trouble-starter, but she tends to join in or be found by it. Jade much prefers the outdoors to the indoors, and is more likely to be found hanging with the guys.
Passions: Jade spends more time with the animals around her. She morphs to be with them more often than she hangs out with humans. Jade can not help that she would rather be an animal than a human, she just feels so much more free that way.
Hobbies: Outside activites, computers, archery, danger, swimming, and animals.
Bio: Jade is a shapeshifter, like her grandmother. The power skipped her mom and as so, her parents want little to do with her. According to grandma they are jealous. Since she discovered this ability she spends a lot of time with the animals around and with her grandmother than she does at home. Until then she was loved and adored by her mom, as her baby girl, at first the change was difficult, but she handeled it well. Jade is very adaptable.
Other: Jade has an O- blood type. She also hates sitting still, know-it-all people, and scorpions. Jade can turn into a falcon, a wolf, a panther, and a horse.

Jade brushed herself off and groaned a bit as her senses reduced themselves closer to human limits. Given, they were still more advanced, but not as much as they were when she took the form of an animal. Striding onto the high school grounds, late, she looked around. It was third period(right?) and her schedule showed she should be in Nature Studies right now, but she was not even sure where that was at. Unfolding a smaller piece of paper she checked her locker number, 248. Right, she would start there. Strolling into the building she noticed a guy sitting in a corner, reading. He did not look like too much trouble, but he was skipping class? Glancing once more at her locker number she allowed her legs to carry herself to him.
"Excuse me. Could you by any chance direct me towards my locker? It's number 248."

The guy got up and brushed past her as if she did not exist, Jade frowned in disgust and moved on. She could find it herself, this was why she did not rely on other people for things. Scanning the lockers she found hers and twisted it open. Dropping her text books in there she still had plenty of room. After all she was only taking two classes that required them, Language Arts and Science. Right now though she needed to find Nature studies. So of course she wandered out onto the grounds, somehow she ended up in the garden. This school seemed rather deserted, she wandered where everyone was?

HISTORY (pictures have been removed for space purposes, her posting style can be viewed under the TESTING thread)
***********************************
Jade ignored the others on the streets as she plodded along, a bit strange perhaps to see the russet colored wolf on the streets, but this was the downtown area, people questioned nothing. She needed an escape, she knew that she was not supposed to drink, it messed with her transformations. Made them considerably less voluntary, she could have one though without too much damage. Things at home were always bad, her mother hated her and the only person who ever cared, had ever kept her in line, her grandmother, was dead. So now she roamed where she pleased, when she pleased.
Jade could be a little too open with the information that she was a shapeshifter sometimes, but she could care less. No one messed with any body who even seemed like they could take care of themselves in this part of town. Slipping into an alley beside the bar she went to now and again she padded delicately around the bloody, dead body. A common sight really. Growling slightly she concentrated for a moment and felt herself begin to grow, used to the slight pain the readustment caused she never cried out anymore.
Sliding out of the alley she adjusted her blouse and stepped into the dark atmosphere. Some of the usuals were here, but as always, there were more faces she did not recognize than those she did. Sliding into a bar stool between some dark dressed guy and a strange looking woman with feathery arms she ordered softly, ignoring the bartenders common warning to her about too much alcohol. She had obviously been here before. "Something with vodka in it, lots of vodka." That was always what she ordered and he was already working on something new for her. There were so many drinks that had vodka in them that she did not bother to memorize any names, just left him to pick one.
***********************************
Finally receiving her drink Jade took the time to look around, view her direct barmates. The girl to her left really was quite strange. To go along with her feathery seeming arms she had green ... and pink skin. If this had been a normal place Jade would wander if she had already drink too much, but she could believe the way this woman looked her. The question she had was rather it was real or costume for something. If it was a costume, the woman had been a real hurry to get here and not take it off. With that thought she decided it was real.
To the left of the green skinned woman was a rough looking man, and Jade's heightened senses could smell the dank alley odor on him. Even through the strong drinks he was downing faster than he could order. Wrinkling her nose slightly she frowned, it was not that she was not used to the aroma, it just never became any more enticing. Leaving him to drink himself silly without her observing she glanced towards her right.
There was a dark clad man, hood and all and he seemed to have a headache. Already? Then again she did not know how long he had been here. He was clutching his head pretty roughly though and when he removed his hand to take merely a sip of his drink there was a temporary red mark, it faded almost instantly however. Normal.
Turning her attention back to the bar she picked up her own glass and took a swallow. Hmm, something fruity this time. Not much to her liking, but the vodka in it was strong enough to make up for it. The bartender was watching her impatiently and she shook her head to show she did not care for it. After that he turned his attention back to making sure he got all of his orders correct and did not overflow glasses. Strange group up here tonight, even for this place.
***********************************
Downing another swallow of her drink Jade felt the man beside her stand. She did not look at him, did not want to see the strange smirk that crossed his face last time she caught his gaze again. Listening she heard him walk away, but the distinct noise blended quickly with the the rest of the muttering, scrapes, and footsteps in the bar. The only thing she could honestly say she had a major problem with in the bar, her naturally heightened senses brought an unending jumble of noises, sounds, and aromas to her. Drowning it out ws hard, she held her alcohol to well. To bad her powers did not take so easily to it. Jade could be less than buzzed and still begin to shift forms if she got distracted for even a moment. Major con.
Sighing she slid her empty glass across the bar, a bit harder than intended, and heard it meet the floor with a thud. So bar glasses were heavy, that was why. Shooting her a slightly angry glance the bartender fixed her with another. And as he walked off she could hear him muttering about the guy who just left, "Never pays his tab ... " Jade grinned a bit as she sipped her new drink, much more to her liking, quite a bit harder, and swiveled to prop her feet up in the now empty stool beside her. Cold glares quickly deterred those who considered trying to sit there. After this one she really needed to go, leave, get away. It would be safer, not only for those around her, but herself, if she did. She had not decided yet though. After all there was really no where else to go when she left here.
***********************************
Finishing her second drink Jade dropped her feet from the other stool and spun to the painful sound of breaking glass. Behind her, in front of her now, was a man talking to the green skinned woman. They knew each other well, Jade had already been able to hear their speech. However the alley man on the other side was out of his stool and clutching the remains of his glass. Well, maybe some of the bar glasses were heavy. Jade resisted the urge to chuckle, she really was not looking for a fight tonight. She watched him clean his wounds and order another drink. Something he was obviously used too. Waving the bartended over she passed him her glass. "One more please." The bartender sighed, but knew better than to argue with her and passed her a shot. His way of saying get out. Instead of complaining Jade downed it then paid her tab. Instead of leaving though she sat on the stool watching those around her.
***********************************
Jade watched the strange pair behind her leave, the green skinned woman, and the underaged boy. Shaking her head at the strange pair she decided she was done for the night. Sliding off the stool she concentrated on being human as she passed through the crowded rooms. She felt herself blur a bit, but she made it out relatively well she thought.
Ignoring the pang she shifted back into her wolf form, or at least that had been her intention. So with a hiss she shifted from cat from to human again. "Damn." Jade muttered and tried again. This time with sucess. Plodding down the street she pondered where to go. Up ahead she could see the odd pairing that had just left and she toyed with a good scare, but then again, she had no idea what they were. One of them, at least was not human, and she was drunk at that. However though it would be her luck she would ended up flattened, or tossed around. Growling slightly at that thought she took off running. No reason at all really, she zipped past people on the streets, fur rippling, and wind rushing against her face. She would find something to do.
