Walking down an alleyway, no one would be able to find it, unless they already know where it was. The Roberts' Residence resided with an old abandoned appartment building. It had been long out of business and the two kishin followers found this the ideal spot to both hide in and call their home. The street was far from busy, only the occasional drug-dealer, prostitue, or drunkard roamed this alleyway. The rest of society avoided this side of town for the most part anyway. Of course there was the chinese food resturant only steps away from the door that concealed the two's home, but they were about it's only costumers. The owner being thankful for their visits to his business, he never bothered to ask who they were, and even if he did know Daniel and K'Dee were wanted they doubted he'd turn them in seeing as that would mean his bankruptcy. Of course seeing as the Roberts were trying to stay under the radar of the cops and other forms of athourity they didn't have their own electricty bill, or allow the city to know of their residence. Instead they stole electricty off the very man who depended on their buisness, the chinese food place owner, who was also completely unaware. Pushing aside the large steal doors silently you'll then find yourself within the terrotory you may not escape from if you don't keep on your toes.

When first stepping in you will be able to see that this home could defintally be kept in better shape. There is a lack of furniture and decorations adorning the living room, which is the first space you step into from outside. The carpet is old and stained. However it is also a tannish brown therefore hiding a lot more dirt and grim than the eye can see. You might even notice that it's warping in some places causing so called 'bubbles' in the flooring. The few pieces of furniture that do reside within the living room and mostly worn to the point where there should belong in the trash, that is if they hadn't come from the dump in the first place. As they always say 'One man's trash, is another man's treasure'. The brown ripped recliner sat isolated in the middle of the vancant space, it's only companions being the old antena television that sat on the floor beside it but facing away, the bundle of blankets in the corner that did face the television and of course the papers that lay scattered over the carpet. With a closer look at said papers you may find that the majority of them are documents or news articles about Shibusen, the death scythes, or other infomation that may prove helpful to a couple of outcasts looking to avoid and/or become more knowledgable of their enemy. On the ceiling there were in fact lights, although, the majority of them were shattered. And seeing as neither of the Roberts had bothered to replace them the window was their only source of light. Aslo seeing as they were trying to remain hidden here, and tried to stay under the radar of any workers of the athourity use of electricity during the evening and night hours was strickly forbidden in their home.

Walking up the stairs and entering the first room to your right you would see it is just about as vancant and dead looking as it could possibly get while still resembling a bed room. One lone window illuminated the space, and a matress lay in the corner of the room. Not even aligned up with the walls, simply place there without a single care. Around this matress was several bottles, and glass containers. Most of them still in one piece while others laid across the wood floor in tiny shards that lit up against the dim natural light that seeped through the window. The owner of the room abhored drinking, however often times found himself drinking to cloud his thoughts so he could put himself to sleep at night. Seeing as the floor was rather weak you decide that perhaps it wasn't safe to stand around much longer and now exit the room to check out the next down the hall.

Glass laid shattered on the floor. The dim light seeping through the single window across from the door caused the small shards to twinkle and look like fallen stars; abused and unwanted on the dark wooden floor. No carpet, no nice looking hardwood, just plan old hardyboard. Peices of wood also leaned against the walls, and were most likely put up against the broken window on cold or raining days. Ancient wooden selves hung to the walls just barely, their structures clinging to the nails that hardly held them in their places. Thanks to be so weak, they were empty. The walls themselves didn't appear to be in the greatest condition. The paint was chipped and cracking, and in desperate need of a new coat. Next to the bed and under the window was a small night stand like piece of furniture, this was where the owner of the room kept most of her very few prized possessions. One of those being a faded and crinckled photo of her boyfriend, whom she rarely was able to see since her bretrayal to Shibusen. The bed was nothing special, just layers of springs and peices of foam stitched together that barely resembled a matress. But it served it's purpose, and that was what was important.

The last room on the upper floor remaining is the Bathroom. Stepping inside you'll find it's rather narrow. Across from the door and againts the back wall were the toilet and sink, beside the sink on the opposite side of the toliet was the tub/shower. Surprisingly they all looks rather clean, at least cleaner than the floor and walls. The showers curtain lay strung across the floor, most likely ripped down by accident or during a lash out in attempt to relief anger and frustration. The walls were a plain white, as were the toilet, sink and shower. However while they weren't chipping, the paint on the walls was.

Stepping back down the stairs you'll once again find yourself on the first level of the make-shift home. However instead of stepping back toward the living room, if you stride over to the opposite direction you'll find yourself amoung the room least used within the house. The Kitchen. The ceiling of said room had been caving in, resulting in boards scattered and strung across the space. The counter-tops were cleared and unused, however extremely dusty. The only item that really was used was the Refridgerator which was powered off of the neighbors electricity, of course unknown to them. Even so, the refridgerator only really contained alcohol, which neither Daniel or K'Dee cared for... but a drink Daniel often times resulted to in hopes to cloud and dictract his mind. Along with the beer was some containers of left overs, boxes of chinese food, and a carton of milk. Some of it spoiled, some of it about to spoil. And unfortunately, the cabinets didn't hold of anything to consume either. Most of them were completely empty aside from the loaf of bread and package of chocolate chip cookies that K'Dee just had to purchase.
