Physical Description: A tallish woman with pitch black hair and purple eyes that have a red-ish hue at the bottoms of them.
She wears a large and padded, creamy white winter jacket with a huge hood, about twice the size of her actual head and that usually hangs down instead of being worn. The jacket has nothing under it and so is kept zipped up tightly. If you opened it, she'd be topless although she does wear a bra.
On her lower half, she wears a long black dress, that doesn't really go too well with the jacket. It's got nothing remarkable about it other than the fact it's a dress.
Her shoes are a pair of flat black shoes with red socks going right up to her knees, though you can't see that due to the dress.
Weapon: Screaming Spear: An ordinary looking spear with a wooden base and a sharp metal head. It looks so ordinary that you'd expect it to just work like a normal spear.
Special Ability: Whenever the Screaming Spear misses, it makes a horrid blood curdling scream, which is strange although utterly useless and is really only a novelty. It's true ability, is that if it manages to draw some actual blood, it gives the victim a incredibly quick nightmare in less than a millisecond, disorientating them for follow up attacks. Those of strong spirit can just shake it off however with ease.

Abilities:
Air Swimming: When you initiate combat with her, everyone in the surrounding area gains the ability to swim through the air. This works anywhere including inside. It becomes pretty obvious to anyone in a fight with her because they can simply 'feel' that they're able to swim through the air.
The field of battle is usually classified as the surrounding two hundred meters or the room if the fighters are inside.
Air Whale A humongous whale like Heartless descends from the sky into the field of battle and floats above the battlefield. It's primary objective is to stop enemies from flying too high and it tries to block off the path to the higher points.
It's also how she gets around, as in, she rides a gigantic heartless whale to wherever she's going.
Screaming Titan The Air Whale can be fused with the Screaming Spear to create a huge whale with the properties of the Screaming Spear.
It's like a secondary weapon for Enxllan and she swings it around by it's tail to try and kill people. It's quite a large, cumbersome weapon but she wields it like it's a sword rather than a whale.
Skilled Whalewielder. Possibly one of the greatest warriors in the universe in the use of a whale as a weapon.
Skilled Spearwoman Not so skilled with a spear, however, she is hardly bad with a spear.
Personality: To describe her personality in a single word. Apathetic.
Enxllan is apathetic about every little thing that goes on, she does not have a care in the world and she makes this as obvious as she possibly can. Often just completely ignoring every word you've said.
She doesn't hate living but she rarely finds people genuinely interesting. She figures that she could, if she cared enough, group ninety nine percent of people and so only that one percent of unique individuals is worth talking about.
When she does find someone she considers unique and worthy of her attention her personality completely changes. Becoming more like the way she would be if she cared about most people. She tries to look excited and sound excited and although she speaks like she's excited, her tone and expression don't change at all. She's become too accustomed to being apathetic.
Biography/History: A stargazer, for most of her life, she looked at stars and wondered what was on them. Over her time, she decided that she wanted to visit them all. However, it eventually sank upon her that she would never be able to reach the distant stars.
Consumed by her despair, one part of her became a Heartless wheras the other became a Nobody, still fuelled by ambition to see everything. It developed powers capable of helping her travel, as this suited her best.
Eventually though, the Nobody, found that all the places it had been waiting to see were not as good as she had hoped. Disappointed, this had a very serious effect on her Nobody self and shaped her into what she is today.

Denied. For reasons I'm more than sure you are aware of. There is not one technique on that list that I would approve of on there. Especially not Heart Killer, given your swords ability to move first it's practically instant death for another RP'er. What bothers me most is this RPC's ability to effect other people to the point of virtually puppeteering them. There is no way I'd let this one fly, we let your first RPC slide especially given your onesided techniques... but this one is definitely a no go. I don't know what you're trying to gain from this but testing our system to such extremes will not work.
Do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars.
