Ok so here are the rules for minor characters. Anyone can make any amount of them. But as a minor character they can be killed off by anyone or they can be used by anyone. So that no one will be confused between minor and main characters anyone and everyone should post their minor characters here. Just follow this format: Name:

Blitz Corp Employees:Blitz Corp President/ Ezekiel Zelinski Age: 137 years old
Personality: Manipulative, deceptive and patient.
Powers: Pyrokinesis- the mental control of fire. Ezekiel can summon fire at will, and does get hurt when touching any type of fire.
Empathy- The reading of emotions. Similar to telepathy, Ezekiel can know how a person feels.
Background: Not much is known about his past. It is rumored that Ezekiel started the World Wars and several other ones. Since then he started up his own company called Blitz Corp. to develop the most dangerous weapons in the world.Head Scientist/ Theron Xanatos
Personality: Shrewd, calculating, doesn't take other's emotions and well-being into account, mostly self-centered.

Powers:
The power to have any power. If Theron is around any person with an ability or power, he is able to copy that power for however long he needs it. But if there's another power copied, the one he was currently using is lost and cannot be regained unless he's exposed to the power again.

Personality: Cold, emotionless, the only thing that inspires him is the next step in evolution. The
Powers: After his accident while fighting Wilder has developed an ability to change into a monster that has super strength.
Background: Earlier in his past Dr. Tombone was a geneticist involved with finding out how to cure deadly mutations that gave people powers. Instead he experimented on other people to figure how to transplant mutations. After being fired by the government he was hired by Blitz Corp. with less restrictions higher pay and more subjects to experiment on.Chief of Robotics/ Dr. Pike
Age: 60
Personality: Mad, insane, with a love for robotics.
Powers: Super strength, electricity manipulation and technokinesis.
Background: At one time Dr. Pike was a decent scientist until one day he had a mental breakdown. He turned himself into a cyborg and killed off his entire family. This includes his cousins grandchildren and brothers and sisters. He was eventually caught and put into an asylum. He was released by the President of Blitz Corp to work for him.Chief of Chemistry/ Delores Ameter Age: 28
Personality: Pessimistic, Ameter is usually quite bored with everything she has to do. She longs for something interesting, but is only there for the amount of money she gets.
Her mindset is more like that of a goth, showing in her clothes.

Intuitive aptitude. Ameter can figure out how something works at a glance, but for humans, she can only hazard a guess.

Name: Chain Spike Personality: He is witty and ADHD like Neo-Blade. Background: He was friends with Neo-Blade in the orphanage, but they were friends ever since. Now he helps Neo-Blade whenever help is needed. Usually his cover is that he is a Pizza boy. But in the box there are usually knifes. tracking devices, powder bombs, and a short dagger, ect. Background: He was the son of a billionier oil family,but after persistent run ins with the law his family cut him off. after being cut off he killed his whole family out of rage. But shortly after the murder he joined up with Big Boss, and Big Boss kept him from jail. now He works for big boss.
Appearance: Catfish is tall but skinny. he is known and named for his beard and mustache which are long and pointy like a catfish.

Name: Big Boss Jr. Personality: Cocky, smart Ladies man. Background: Son of the crime lord of the city he tries to live up to his father's expectations with his own gang called Spaders. This gang is comprised of Big Boss's top men. They all carry weaponry made by Blitz Corps and take care of all the dirty work in the city. Appearance: Exactly like this body Armor and everything.

Name: Hell Hounds Personality: Loyal like dogs, silent as leopards on the hunt, and as cold and ruthless as sharks during killings. Background: Created to be lethal weapons these creatures were built from Wilder's DNA. They have most of his abilities and some variations can fly as well. They may seem silent but they communicate using high pitch sounds that only they can hear. They also heal real fast and the only way to kill them is by decapitation. Appearance: brown fur and black eyes

Powers: Matter manipulation and the power of death Appearance: Long dark hair 8ft tall and has Dark armor.  Background: Was part of the great war eons ago. His side which wanted to control the mortals lost. As punishment he was imprisoned in one of the earthly realms. Since escaping he has abandoned the idea of just ruling over the mortals to just destroying everything so that he could rebuild it to his liking.

for any roleplay i think. If you want it only for a certain one lets say epic Trek, then just put something like this
