1) A Dictator who was a nice guy and gave every one a voice and an opinon and promoted being nice to other people, but ruled FOREVER.

OR...

2) Live in a Democracy led by a dictator style/mean person, but could never fully gain full power forever.

Hmmm.... I'm still thinking.....

#1 for sure. If he were a fantastic leader, what's the point of getting a new one?

(Especially if the leader were me, although I'd have to swap genders to fit your specification.)

sweatdrop Let me clairify...... "nice GUY" is a relative term in this situation.... sorry if there was any confusion...
(and I too would want to be a leader, I know I would NOT get corrupt, I have a split personality of two people are the exact same person [nice guy, ones favorite color is gray the others is goldenrod, there only diffrence] so if 1 messes up the other helps him out.)
