A towering skyscraper that watches over the denizens of the Darkness...on its large screens, the memories of those nearby are sometimes seen...


The Corridor appeared on top of the Skyscraper. Xashowd walked out and sat on the edge. Ever since Xashowd had been a member of Organization XIII, he and Xigbar would hang out on top of Memory's Skyscaper after every mission. Xigbar said it was a lot like what Roxas and Axel used to do, but that "we make it look good". Xashowd chuckled at the memory. Xigbar always knew how to make people laugh...A corridor appeared and Xigbar walked out, taking a seat near Xashowd. "Alrighty then...so, what's the topic of the day?" Xigbar asked, handing Xashowd a Sea-Salt Ice Cream. "How about today's mission? That Heartless appeared out of nowhere and with no explanation. Since the world wasn't completely destroyed, I'm going to assume that it didn't reach the Heart." Xashowd said. "Well, I'm gonna have to agree with you on that one. It did just pop out of nowhere. And when it vanished, I didn't see much of a Heart show up...Still, it was convenient! We didn't have to sit on our asses for days on end waiting for something to show up this time. I'd say that's a win." Xigbar said with his usual smile. "True enough...You know, I've only really seen You, Xemnas, Roxas, and the newbies around. Where are the other senior members?" Xashowd asked. "Dunno. Playin' hooky?" "Saix playing hooky? As if!" Xashowd said. "Hey, it could happen! And besides, that's my line." Xigbar said, his grin widening. They both laughed loudly, then continued to eat their ice cream.

Maxry walked out of th dark portal and sat down next to Blondeix. "Hey, look I didn't mean to make you upset or anything, its just didn't like it. I felt so useless. Its hard for us. We are limited to what we can and can't do. Its just a fact that we have to face."

"YOu're new. Some people can't be relied on. Remember I knw alot about the organization. You can always try not to lose and you might not. Our destiny is to die."

"No our destiney is to die. Our purpose is to create kingdom hearts. I've heard many conversations from the main 12 members. They don't care about the rest of us. All they care about is kingdom hearts. They have said it themselves. They hope we die."

Maxry sat there and thought about it. Then said, "Sure we do. that's what people think. Our destiney is alreay planned out when we are made. We don't choose what we do. We act on instinct. Instinct is us following our own destiney."

"Yeah I see where you are now. You are in this prison with the rest of us. If you really had freedom you wouldn't have come here. There's a reason for black cloaks. Its to hide who we are. We aren't good people. We wear black and we all look the same. Our eyes have the same feeling in them. Yours might not now but they will if you stick around here long enough."

"Our old self? Our old self is normally in another world! My old self is asleep in Radiant Garden"
