At Serebii.net you can find the offical revelation of the first three starters of the new Reigon for Pokemon Black and White!

Please be aware that the following information
for the most part has been confirmed as accurate. Serebii.net also has pictures from CoroCoro magazine.
The reigon is called the
Isshu reigon.
The starters appear older than previous starters, perhaps around fourteen (in my own opinion).
Grass Starter is
Tsutaja, the Grass Snake Pokemon, with the ability
Overgrow and is 0.8m tall and weighs 8.1 kg.
Fire Starter,
Pokabu, the Fire Pig pokemon, who has the ability
Blaze and is 0.6m tall and weighs 9.9kg.
Water Starter
Mijumaru, the Sea Otter Pokemon has the ability
Torrent and is 0.5m tall and weighs 5.9kg.
Zoroark has the ability called
Illusion, which allows it to transform into other pokemon. How this is different from the move Transform is not yet known.
Two new moves have been revealed. One is called
Trickery, which allows the attack to be calculated using the opponent's stats. The other is called
Claw Sharpen, raising the user's attack and accuracy stats.
