I was drawing a different picture of Spider Jerusalem when Cool Bro in my class asked what I was drawing. “Spider Jerusalem” I said. “Oh. Kinda looks like something from Yu Gi Oh.”
I may have cackled a bit.
“He’s a fictionalized version of Hunter S Thompson as written by Warren Ellis.” I explained.
“Oh.”
“…You don’t know who any of those people are, do you?”
“No.” A pause. “So he’s not the Dark Magician, then?” He said as a joke. I tweeted this and my sister replied “I KILLED THE DARK MAGICIAN! WITH *THIS*!”
