This is like class system only that you're the one to chose your class.
I'll think of other leadership level classes later mates, but for now this are the ones we'll use to show the others how you expect yourself as a member of the crew.
*Deckhand - You're the kind who follows orders a lot, not really a leader as you believe.
*Regular Pirate- You'll also follow orders a lot but not always. You can have your own ideas and be rebellious.
*First Mate- You don't really consider yourself as a full-fledged leader in a crew, but you order around like a captain and has a large potential to be one.
*Captain- You are the leader as we all know, and we follow orders since you're a great leader, but be aware though that you should be considerate otherwise mutiny is planned a long, long, long, time ago.
