"Well home sweet home." I said, as we walked inside. Our room really wasn't much to look at. It was practically empty. We only owned a few bits of clothes, some books, and my stuffed bear. The stuffed bear originally belonged to my little brother and it was the only thing I had to remember him. He wasn't dead, but I didn't know where he was either. The other stuff: the desk, cabinets, laptop... all of that was given to us by the institute.

The room itself was also small. It was obviously made for one person, but of course we practically were one person so it didn't really matter.

Looking back at Mark, I asked, "So... Do you want to take a shower before bed or in the morning?"

We took our time in the shower, being extra careful with each movement either of us did. We came out of the bathroom, dressed in a robe and ready for bed.

The way our room was set up, we had to turn off the light before we could get into bed. So not wanting to take a chance at falling, we crawled over to our bed in pitch black. Once we were settled in, I couldn't hold in a yawn. I turned my head to face Mark's. All I could see was an outline of Mark's head. I whispered, "Night Mark" before turning my head in the opposite direction and closing my eyes.

Every now and then throughout the night, I would feel really warm, only to wake up and find that Zack had thrown the blanket over my leg and arm. I'd then glare at him in his sleep, and carefully roll us onto our chest without waking him. Only later to find he had rolled onto our back again. This continued during the night, and at one point we were both awake. We rolled in place, over and over and over, throwing the blanket across us both, then off of us all together. We started arguing about how we wanted to lay, and cursing the fact that we were made to decided together. Eventually it got so late that we both passed out from exhaustion, tangled in the blanket with my arm and Zack's leg sticking out.

I shiver in the bed, feeling instantly cold. I opened one of my eyes and looked to my right, "Just because I like my arm sticking out, doesn't mean I don't want any covers..." I didn't clue it right away that Zack wasn't beside me, until I sat up and stretched the right half of my body on my own. My jaw dropped when I looked back to my right and saw Zack standing beside the bed... on his own. "Z-Z-Zack! W-what... How..." I pointed back and forth between him and my right shoulder. "We're... We're....."

"I-I don't know... b-but maybe..." I thought back to last night, remembering how much of a pain it was trying to get to sleep, and desperately wishing I could just be... me, alone. "Maybe because of last night? I don't really know, and I don't really care how! Look at us! We're ourselves again! Just like we've wanted!" I climbed up out of bed and jumped up and down a few times, just because I could.

I could see that Zack was just as excited. He was moving his left arm and leg all over the place. We both grinned at each other, and I couldn't help but walk over and gave him a big hug, and almost instantly pushed him away. "Heh... don't want to hug you too tight... might get us stuck again."

"You could go see Amy." I smirked and started heading for the door, "All thought, I don't know what you'll do without me there to speak for you." I looked over at my shoulder and saw Zack give me an evil look. "I on the other hand, am going to take a look around, now that I can walk around unhindered!"

I stopped and turned around. I smiled and waved with my right hand and chuckled, "Ya... see you Zack."
