In a few months I'm going to be a new mom, and we know its a girl. My dh and I have been discussing names lately (we already have six children: Jack Dominick, Rose Solenne, Monroe Charlize, Ophelia Eden, Heart Scarlett, Pascal Sebastien) and our favorites right now are:Okay, I think this lady's lying. No two people could contain between them enough evil to conceive both of this many children and this many f'ed up names. Even a godless universe contains more rhyme and reason.Phoenix (she was conceived in Phoenix) Aedin Cielle (see-ell) Gracelyn Maxime (max-eem) JasmineThese people, being either liars, new age cultists, schizophrenic Dungeons and Dragons players, Mormons, or all four, make most commentary on those preposterous names moot.

Bad Baby Names I like the unique names like.... For a boy: Ezra or Solomon (from the bible) But my husband hates Ezra I really like Ezra. It is so strong and manly! I don't know. I'm sure you can find a name better than Ezra. (Zing!) But I wanted to name my son Ezra....Is that bad?

This makes me think of people I know. I know a woman who has three children. Their names are Skyler, Lexi, and Oakley Acorn. I also have a friend with the middle name Eärendil. Him and all of his siblings middle names come from the Elves of Middle Earth.
I kind of think that's a cool thing though. You can have fun with middle names because no one needs to know them in everyday life.

I knew a girl in high school named Chestica. I wish I was kidding. And I can't for get Kanisha, Lanisha, Shanisha, Unisha and any other first syllable you can think of with 'isha' on the end of it.

Sometimes, the horror is all in how a person's names combine. I knew a guy with the last name Lyons who was planning on naming ihs first son Daniel David. Normal names that sound fine together. Then you realize that kid's name is Dan D. Lyons. Or what about giving a girl named Polly the middle name Esther.

I think my neighbor's son is named Kyri or something like that. I don't know how to spell it. This girl I used to be friends with named her son Azriel.
