Who cares about understanding it? It'll be the basic 'character getting freaked out by monsters and symbolic dead people' Silent Hill storyline. Its the visuals I wanna see, VISUALS!

that looks really cool but if you watch the video it doesnt look like its real. kinda like its just a fan made thing.
