 The World that Never Was has likely been the headquarters for Organization XIII since its creation. It remained so all the way through, even after the founding of Castle Oblivion as a secondary base. Meetings were held here, and members would return here when done with their missions. Up until the time of then, it was a safe-haven for Organization XIII. the Organization also use this world as a home for Nobodies. That being said, the World that Never Was would have no true heart as other worlds do, and would therefore be a Nobody itself. It may be the Nobody counterpart of the End of the World, which is a Heartless world. [Only Nobodies allow inside.]

Raxirsh Raxirsh entered the castle, not knowing where anything was. He looked around and said to himself, "Not many people here for a castle that's supposed to have a lot of 'em"

Haja stumble his way to the headquarters of Organization XIII, noticing someone already beating him to there. "Hey! where the hell have you been this whole time?... Poyo!" Said in a plain matter, thinking the Raxirsh was Xane as he gets close to the person.

Raxirsh "Huh?" Raxirsh truned around to see who was there. "Oh hey. I'm new to the universe. I do have some experience with battle though."

Haja suddenly went silence as Raxirsh responded to him but the quietness took a mere moment of their time. "Ah! I see, it's always better with more allies in your own side.. Don't ya think? Poyo!" He then put's black hoodie down while still wondering where has Xane went.

Raxirsh "Always is," Raxirsh said with a smile knowing exactly who this was from his human form. He held out his hand, "My name is Raxirsh and I am looking for a heart to go with this body. As is every other nobody right?"

Haja stike out his hans as well and begin to shakehands with Raxirsh's. "Right! oh and I'm Haja by the way... Poyo." He soon shifted his head, left to right, seeing anyone else with him. "Soon, the kingdom hearts will complete... Poyo!" He tell's Raxirsh.

Raxirsh "I can't wait," Raxirsh told Haja with a bigger smile now, "Then we will be unstoppable." Raxirsh knew in the back of his mind that it would take a very long time with only the two of them so he decided to ask, "Are there any others here?"

"Yes! there Xane but it seem he's off somewhere, right now... Poyo." With that, Haja ended the handshake between them. Not to mention of unfortuntely decreased of nobodies kind's.

Raxirsh Raxirsh stood there and thought a bit. He started to pace back and forth. After about a minute he stopped and turned back to Haja, "I have absolutely no idea."
