Powers: He/she's able to change her physical form into anything, as long as it isn't too big. However, this has no affect other than changing how he/she looks, as he/she cannot touch or otherwise interact with anything without floating through it. Likewise, nothing can harm or touch him/her neither.
Personality: Playful, mischievous. Likes to play games, such as play pretend, hide and seek, tag, and others. Gets upset when people refuse to play or otherwise react to him/her. Will change his/her physical form to match the wishes/fears of people he/she likes/dislikes, provided he/she is aware of or assumes these wishes/fears.
