Obviously all of these places have pros and cons.

The Moon is close by, has water on it, and we know we can get there safely, but is small and has no atmmosphere

Mars is bigger, has an atmosphere and water ice, but lacks a magnetic field and ozone layer, and can't retain a thick atmosphere due to it's small mass.

Europa has a magnetic field and vast oceans, but it's very small (so the gravity could atrophy our muscles) and is hella far away (5AUs)

which of the three do you think is most viable for colonization?

You'd be amazed.

I just wrote a paper about Mars colonization.
This is a good paper I found in my research.

I think that any of them are possible, but all run into the same problems. Like if the sun explodes. We are screwed anyway. What we need to do is learn how to travel through space, like ster trek and other movies like that. Then we need to start searching for other stars with planets that are habitable. Of course the amount of travel through space that would require, would take generations. All are possible, but I think mostly unlikely....at least anytime soon.

the best, if we could ignore the problem of distance, is probably mars. it's gravity is closest to ours, and if we were to go there, the climate would be the most stable. (the atmosphere would better protect from heat.)
