Hungary, always being the early one, arrived at the ocean party before anyone else. She was wearing a green bikini with a wrap and had a bag full of more party stuff in her hand.
"Hey, girl! Thanks so much for inviting me! Anything I can do to help?

 -Arthur Kirkland- E n g l a n d England arrived with his swimming trunks that looked just like his flag. He also came with a whole bag full of already blown floaties. "Hey Seychelles, I brought some floaties for everyone to play with." There was a floatable chair, tube, dragon, cat, and some other stuff in there. It took him almost 2 hours to blow all of these by himself. "So, where do you want me to put it?" He said as he waved at Hungary.

♡ Seychelles ♡ "Hi Hungary! Hi England!"
Seychelles yelled as she waved at them.
"And sure! Yes you can!"
She handed her a bag full of party favors.
"Can you put 5 on each table?" And England, thanks for the floaties! Um, you can spread them all over the shoreline."
After that, Seychelles went back inside her house putting on her bikini. It was in all shades of blue and pictures of little cute fishes.

"Okay!"
Hungary started placing the colorful party favors on each table, making sure to put the right amount on each one. In about 5 minutes, she'd finished.
"Alright! Done!"

♡ Seychelles ♡ "Thanks Hungary. Hey, wanna help me out with the decorations?
She asked.
She was holding 2 boxes FULL of them.
Confetti, streamers, lights, candles, leis, tiki lamps, and more.
We should wrap the lights around the poles of the dance floor. And put a scented candle on each table. Spread some confetti on the table. Set the leis on each chair. And I'll set the tiki lamps and plug in the stereo system and all that stuff to the extention cords.

"o.e' Umm, that's a lot, but okay!"
Hungary took the decarations she was in charge of and headed off towards the dance floor. She wound each string of lights around each pole with careful precision, yet making record time at the same time. She spread confetti on the table just as fast. The candles and the leis took a lot longer, but she got 'em done too.
"Phew! Glad that's over! I hope the others get here soon so we can partaaaaaaaay!

♡ Seychelles ♡ "I'm sorry got to get a lot of stuff ready. ^^" She said as she was holding a BUNCH of wires in her arms. "You can start having some fun. It's only like 6 am. The party actually starts at 9, so yeah. And I'm surprised that you and England came like 3 hours early.

Hungary stared in wonder at the enormous pile of wires Seychelles was holding in her hands.
"o.o' Umm...Do you want some help with those? And i'm just an early bird. ahahaha

Lucas ran up to the others just in time to see the finished decorations. It was surprisingly good, for a rush job.
"Wow, guys, this looks awesome!" he said happily. He was dressed in black swimming trunks with a red t-shirt, the white cross from his flag embossing the cloth. A towel and bag of ocean supplies- sun screen, extra clothes, etc.- were strung over his shoulder, and in his other hand he had a cooler full of drinks and snacks, just in case.
He walked up to Seychelles and tousled her hair playfully, grinning. "Thanks for having the party, Seychelles," he said happily. "You wouldn't believe how bored I was!~"

She gave him a smile as she plugged in one of the last cords.
"Looks like you came prepared." she said, staring at the large bag in his hands.

Lucas shrugged. "Well, yeah. I'm pretty pale, so I have to bring a lot of sun protection.... Normally I wouldn't, but the last time I went without, I was as red as Antonio's tomatoes." He shuddered visibly at the memory. "And Norge had to go and punch my shoulder," he muttered as an afterthought.
But he shook off the memory and set down the bag, opening up the cooler. "I brought snacks, too, if that's okay! I've got pocky, ramune, soda, hi-chews...." He listed the rest of the items in the ice chest, getting them out one by one.

And then she began gulping down the ice-cold drink in huge portions.

She said as she put the cords and wires down and took the snacks to the snack bar. And then, she continued with the cords. " Be careful not to trip over the cords and wires!" She announced.

-Arthur Kirkland- E n g l a n d England was done setting the floaties on the beach. It took him awhile because he got stuck in the tube. As he walked over towards the others he saw Denmark and the decorations. "Pretty good." He looked around and saw Denmark. "Oh you're here...." England said with disappointment. "Hey, make yourself useful and help me out this floaty tube....?" Then he blushed and squirmed around. "I sorta got stuck while laying out the floaties on the beach...."
