this seems to happen to me alot. anger and hate..... thye make me stronger. every time i fhgit.... how?
Its partly adrenaline. its partly willpower. In Japanese fighting arts there is what is called Sakki. This is killing intent, some say bloodlust, but that's not an accurate way of describing it. it is essentially the energy you give off when you actively want to cause someone harm. So the combination of you being pumped up with adrenaline and having the will, and the perception of your foe as they subconsciously sense your sakki... this can make one mightier than they are normally. However, Blind hatred leads to irrational and often foolish actions, and anger, while an important tool, has to be focused. if you were fighting a skilled opponant who is not fazed by sakki, who can remain calm and focused in the fight... our anger will actually serve as a detriment. I speak from experience on this one. The focused, collected, and controlled fighter almost always wins.
