The Monolith is a parliment meeting place of sorts however it is not restricted for use only by officals, any group with a issue to be raised and/or solved can meet here. The building apears to be a solid dome of stone from the outside. Inside is a small corridor with three rooms coming of it if you walk straight you will enter the meeting hall. If you take the left hand door you will be in the dwellings of the Auditors a small group of people that record the minutes of every meeting takes place inside The Monolith. if you take the door on the right you will find a small store room that is unremarkable however romours do circulate about secret passages.
