The Story
There was once a family of royalty, the Queen Ann, was a very kind and gentle woman. The King Jacob, was a strong and handsome man, his kindness matched the Queens. They had a son together, his name was Jiro. He was always full of smiles and laughter, everyone in the kingdom seemed to adore him.
One day the Queen took ill and shortly after, she passed away. Jiro was only 1 at the time. Her death was a great loss to everyone, especially the King. He was overcome with grief. However, after only one year, the King remarried, this woman's name was Victoria. She was beautiful, but with her looks came a evil personality. She was very cruel even to the young prince.
After Victoria and Jacob had been married a year they had a son, he was just as kind as Jiro and was also loved by all. Victoria didn't even care much for her own son and treated him with cruelty as well. She did, however, want her son to be the heir. So one day when Jiro (6 years old) and his brother(3 years old) were playing together in the nearby woods, Jiro was kidnapped. His brother didn't see it but he did hear Jiro scream, and ran to where he heard the noise, there he saw a trail of blood. He then alerted the guards, and told them what happened, an immediate search was sent out to find Jiro. They searched for two years and he was not found, so the prince was declared dead, making his brother the new heir.
The younger son of Jacob is happy to be the heir but still sometimes wonders what happened to his brother. He does not believe Jiro is dead and sometimes goes out to look for his brother himself. He has never told anyone about this either and doesn’t plan to, he also thinks his mother is the one responsible for his brother’s disappearance.
Thieves
When Jiro was kidnapped, he was taken into a far away town, there he was badly beaten making him lose his memory. As he was being beaten another boy around 12 years old saved him. This boy happened to be in of a band of thieves, he took Jiro back to the others in his group. Hoping to give the young child somewhere to stay. The savior thief was known to always help anyone in need, with no reguard for his own life.
Upon coming to where everyone was staying he showed the boy to the others. Everyone was willing to accept him except for one boy (Male Thief 2), this boy tended to keep to himself and rarely talked to the others. He did feel that Jiro would bring them trouble though and wanted nothing to do with him.
A few years passed and now Jiro is now 18, and the boy who saved him is now 24, they are close friends and often work together when they go out to steal. There are also 6 others in the group, 4 females and 2 males.
The Princess
A beautiful girl of the age 15 is the only heir to her kingdom, she is an only child. Her parents did not think she would be capable of ruling a kingdom because she is a female. So, they arranged for her to marry the son of Jacob. She feels a deep anger at them for being treated like this just because she was born a female.
She is now staying at the castle with the castle of Victoria and Jacob. She has met their son(who is now 15) and is quite fond of him, but she is unsure if she is ready to be married. This girl is also a free spirit and often sneaks out into town to give money and food to the poor.
