I believe it has to do with the fact that he is going insane in the Book. Also, he is constantly get his a** kicked by that no good Gopher.

oh sorry i havent read the manga. but when my sister had the oppertiuny to buy two of the first books(they were on sale at borders) she totally just blows it off and buys bloody kiss! the only reason she didnt buy the books (she told it to me) was that she didnt like the pictures.

blackdawn0 oh sorry i havent read the manga. but when my sister had the oppertiuny to buy two of the first books(they were on sale at borders) she totally just blows it off and buys bloody kiss! the only reason she didnt buy the books (she told it to me) was that she didnt like the pictures. WHAT?!?! That is just depressing! Cries.
