Special Bulletin- Our Guild Auction Begins... NOW!
I will send out a special announcement to the entire guild.
How it will work:
Popular vote has agreed to a public auction. Galileo Jones, the guild mule, will post up an item from his inventory that has been donated for auction.
Bidding always starts at 1 gold- you heard right- Just 1 gold!
You will have 1 day and one day only to log in an place your bid in THIS thread.
If you miss the auction on an item there are some items which have duplicates. I realize we cannot all log in every day- but this event will help provide incentive for members to check out the forum.
Highest bidder wins and a trade will be set up with Galileo- if the highest bidder does not have the gold then the second highest bidder will win and so on and so forth.
This is a great chance to get some super cheap items! Proceeds from the auction will go to a guild fund for future contests.

Hello Guild-
Our first ever guild auction will be occurring shortly. This is a chance to get some wonderful items for cheap- whether you wish to keep them for yourself, give them as gifts to a friend, or resell them on the market.
I have ample donations for the auction, but if you have any ink or trash or any other items you don't want and would like to have auctioned off let me know. If we get enough ink we can auction off some spiffy prizes. I'll happily take an bugs you wish to get rid of as well.
Also, please indicate if you would like to have the Auction in the Dream Ball Thread or in a Separate thread.

Update-
I have put up a poll and need some input. Would you prefer for the auction to be a silent auction over PMs- meaning members will private message Galileo their bids on the items and the highest bidder will win?
Or would you prefer that the auction be held publicly in the forums where you will find out if you have been outbid?
Also big thanks to generous donors ^_^ We have some great items to auction off.

Our second item is the medieval-inspired Blade of the Devil Tail's Tunic, with a sell back value of 4,000 gold and a market price of over 6,000 gold. This item for male or female avatars will lay over most shirts- and features a soft gray fabric and gold trim. The icon on the breast of the shirt is the famous Gaia "Demonic Tail".
Bidding will begin at 1 gold. Current time is 7:27 pm, Central standard time and will close tomorrow at 7:27 pm central standard time.
