I don't know much about Buddhism, but I'd say that if anything in the two religions contradicts each other, then no. But if Buddhism teaches nothing that goes against what the Bible says, then maybe. I doubt that everything in the two religions agrees with each other, otherwise they wouldn't be two separate religions. However, if a Christian agrees with certain teachings of Buddhism that don't contradict the Bible, then I suppose they could follow them. I guess it might depend on what teachings they're going by.
