A few years back I found and loved a quirky game known only by it's Japanise name, Katamari Damacy. (I found out it means "Clump of Love" much latter.) Your basic goal is to roll everything in sight up with your sticky ball to make new stars.
I know that the game eventualy became a mainstream succeuss, but how did you come to know the game?

This is one of the few games I could never find for a decent price. It was ALWAYS expensive out here, (like $50+) so I never bought it. But I had played the demos and whatnot and have heard about it and played this and other versions. (Yes there's more than one game) It's interesting to see just how big you can make the ball. Also I don't think it's really possible to lose the game... mrgreen

lol This is gonna be good:
My brother and I were always playing video games on the PS2 and my mom was in school to become a special education teacher. She kept trying to analyze everything and make every aspect of living into a learning experience. She bought Katamari as a learning experience for me and my brother because it takes place all around the world.
It's one of my favorite games :3
