RAFFLE SYSTEM sad formal rules)
1. To be used through a soon to be proposed currency.
a. where as raffle tickets be bought through this "made up" currency. No gaia gold nor cash is used in any transactions as to uphold the TOS.
b. This money is to be earned through various games and events which will be evenly stacked as to avoid unfair advantages.
c. Guild judges and appointed officials are to keep track of all earnings and losses by posting and refreshing totals.
2. The raffle system is created for the use of entertainment and a gift system to help retain attention and to just be nice to those who are willing to spend more time in IA.
a. Participants are not held to any requirements before playing besides the purchase of raffle tickets.
b. these tickets are purchased through the guild currency.
c. Outside guild members are allowed to participate granted that they register for membership and that they show promise for normal guild participation. (valued by our understanding leaders)
3. The raffle ticket.
a. raffle tickets, or random numbers will be used to determine winners. (via the random number generator in forums)
4. Purchase of tickets.
a. Participants purchase tickets by trading in guild "currency" for tickets (numbers)
b. The price for a ticket will not be set until the raffle items are decided.
c. A player can purchase a ticket at the raffle thread and must have that amount of money due. If not, the player will not be able to purchase that ticket.
d. continued failures to add correctly or cheat the house will be banned from the raffle. (by judge discretion)
5. "choosing your number/ticket"
a. Because any one number placed into the random # generator is equally able to win, no choosing is needed.
b. Numbers will be given out to those who buy them in the order they arrive. (for example: Player 1 buys 2 tickets. He will receive numbers 1 and 2. Player 2 buys 4 tickets. she will receive numbers 3,4,5,and 6.)
c. Tickets can be bought at different times.
6. Deciding our winners!
a. To determine the winning number we will re-post and use POST ACTION: RANDOM NUMBER (1-x) where as x are the number of numbers/ticket(s) bought.
b. once a player wins, he or she can win again.

Raffle Example (buying tickets)yukioMishima aria_knight_lyrac Luneatha I am buying 7 tickets (10,11,12,13,14,15,16) I am buying 5 tickets. (5,6,7,8,9) I am buying 4 numbers. (1,2,3,4) So yukio has 1-4, Lyrac has 5-9, and lune has 10-16.
