A water route, at the center of which lies the Whirl Islands. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the islands are surrounded by their deadly namesakes, you cannot enter them until your pokemon is able to use whirlpool. Continue heading west to reach Cianwood City. Be warned, there are plenty of trainers to keep your interest until you reach your destination.
