I'm using my prismacolor pencils. Course, my scanner washed out the little coloring I have so i have to go back and darken a lot. LOL My OC is very non-colorful so it serves little purpose. I added some olive green to give it something that would make sense with him being a zombie and all. Tips? Comments? Critiques? Darkened up the tones.

Pecs look a little long and he doesn't have nipples, but I like the shading and the face. Senti approves.

Lol yeah i thought the pecs were a bit long too. But since I used my own body to model it, and I have a lack of pecs it didn't quite work out how I expected xD And I didn't feel like drawing nips ._. though I'll probably add them in since it looks a bit wierd without them.

pshhh gurl i can be nice when i want to be :'D
what senti said about the pecs is true
also you might want to avoid pillow shading, which is what you're doing. you can't just shade s**t from the edges inwards, cause the body has different contours in different parts. find black and white photo references with dramatic lighting. or just read lots of manga/comics
and actually it's a good thing your OC is very monochromatic, cause getting used to how shading works is easiest in monochrome first. /THEN/ you can screw around with flesh colours.
also you could work on the nose. they're pretty ******** difficult; i have a s**t time with them pretty much ALL THE TIME DD; but yeah. look at how other artists render them. It helps~
also: it's really good that you're working from references. tbh the only reference i use is usually myself and a mirror, but it's still good xD
uhhh there's the whole teeth and face thing, but i can see you're still just getting the hang of s**t
oh yeah. the gloves look a little flat, like it's just a part of the skin. you could add some dimension, just by showing it's slightly thicker at the edges~
one last thing which is a personal opinion: the horns look a little dinky. they remind me of the wed to darkness horns, which look like you could snap the tips off or something and they belong on a f*****t a** chibi s**t.

Thank you. My insides are now shattered to pieces.
I'm kidding. All helpful advice. And yeah the pillow shading was just cuz that's how the shadows looked in my bathroom lights believe it or not xD Maybe cuz I was looking at myself head on? (APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE FOREHEAD)
The nose, I was like .______.;; K THAT WILL DO. I have no problem doing them from side angles but head on i'm like "******** it"
Yeah i realize that the curled up grin on one side doesn't mesh well with the face pulling. The eyes. I dun cur. I wanted them like that xDDD
And ur right about the gloves. Gonna tweak that.
Also, LOL well his horns aren't supposed to be big. Just short horns like that. Lulz.

yeah i know they're supposed to be short but idk, that shape of horns never looked natural to me. buuut again that's just my personal opinion.
LOL WHY DO YOU THINK I ALWAYS DRAW PEOPLE'S FACES TILTED? xDD
also wtf your bathroom has weird lighting xD
aaand the eyes are fine imo. i never have been one for "nice" eyes

well if you're into really bright colour schemes, you could add a dull blue purple. it would look grey, but kind of like a bright grey, you know?
you could always make the hair messier, if it's not too late xDD
do what i do: make it poke out from/under everythingggg~
