Anyone have any tips on how to draw...um betterish. Cause the best I can draw is my favorite stick figure (drum roll) Stickman!

First and foremost...Practice.
Try using references, observe objects around you - proportions, light, shade, shadows and color theory. Looking at photos helps as well.
Once you got it, try developing your own style.
