(requires swim & dive HM)
You can use a water type from the island and go to an iceberg in the middle of the ocean, you then Dive to find a hidden way in.
there are Ice and ghost types in the Iceberg along with many trainers.
(( I will randomly throw trainers at people if they are in the Iceberg, you can chose to accept or move on. ))
