Welcome to the main plot thread for roleplay in the Order of Virgo. To join this roleplay you must post your profile in the RP Profile Thread and be approved by me before you post. If you're in another order, you're also welcome to participate but I would like you to do the same, only because it's much easier to keep track of who is who. It's not nearly as important in the casual RP.

Please use something like ((this)) or [[this]] to let others know when you're using OOC.

The home of the Order of Virgo is a large building that resembles a cathedral of olden times. A gated, stone fence gives some protection and privacy to the outside area.

Behind the main building, within the stone fence, is a large garden.

Inside the building, there is a plethora of rooms for the members to stay in - as well as guests. There is more than one kitchen, all stocked with food and drink. There is a conference room in which to discuss happenings and plans.

The rooms and halls are also decorated with various art concerning Virgo and angelic beings.

The main room of the Order has various seating arrangements with padded benches and chairs. There is also a statue of the Esper Ultima facing the entrance. The Virgo stone itself is hidden within its walls.

To Start Our Tale...

The order of Virgo has suffered in the past year. Without a leader and dwindling leadership otherwise, other people had left. What was once a proud order had fallen into neglect, minus the few that remained. Time passed and slowly Virgo has gained a member or two here and there.

Recently, Virgo had gained a gunner named Yumei as a squire. Upon their return to the main building of the order they had only a few moments of peace before a figure with a hooded cloak silently challenged Tsunaimei and possibly the order itself to a fight.

This is where Virgo's new story begins, may Ultima's hand guide us all...

((Here are the exact posts leading up to where we start. For your convenience))

Yumei had finally reached the entrance of the cathedral in which Virgo was situated. The order had certainly fallen into decline, hardly a soul was about. The gunner/mage sadly looked around as she went through the doors finally. The inside was notably better than the outside. Someone or someones had been kind enough to help keep the place looking decent at least.

Towards the back of this main room was a large statue of Ultima in white marble. Curious, Yumei began to walk back there to see the likeness of the order's esper. Unknown to the squire, a figure in a hooded navy cloak was already inside, watching from a distance.

Tsunaimei was in a meditative state near the statue of Ultima. Her golden sword, Excalibur, lay flat on the ground before her and her long sapphire blue cape lay draped behind the Knight. In her mind, flashbacks of the many adventures and battles played like a theatrical presentation of sorts. The memories of being with friends and the time they shared together gave Tsunaimei a sense of pleasure and sometimes pain, depending on what occurred in the current image. Her teal-blue eyes remained closed and she was unaware of the presence of Yumei or the mysterious hooded figure watching them both from afar.

Yumei spotted Tsunaimei over by the statue and could see that the knight was meditating. As she stood next to her, the gunner looked unsure if she should bother the knight or not. That was when the gunner saw something or someone out of the corner of her eye and squire looked. Out came the hooded figure. Almost immediately the figure drew a knight sword, Save the Queen if Yumei identified it correctly.

"L-lady Tsunaimei..." Yumei said, pulling out her guns. "We have company."

Celeste had walked in looking for Yumei and Tsunaimei. She spotted them over by the statue of Ultima and started forward. Celeste got a chill as she noticed that Yumei had her guns out. Celeste ran forward and turned around bringing out her Thor Rod. "Whats going on Yumei?" Celeste couldn't see where the danger was.

All in one motion, Tsunaimei unsheathed her sword while spinning towards the direction of Yumei's voice. Without even realizing it, she had her blade aimed at Yumei's neck with her usual flare in her eyes when caught in a battle. It took a second realize who she had aimed her sword at but without saying anything she immediately turned to face the cloaked figure. Although puzzled, the lady knight took initiative and aimed a diagonal strike at the mysterious intruder.

Yumei was at a loss when Tsunaimei did that to her, and mentally noted never take the other woman by surprise again. Hearing Celeste Yumei's looked her way. "I don't know...that person...their sword is drawn..." She aimed her twin guns at the woman, and was going to pull the trigger until an insistent voice in her head told her to lower her weapons. While she was even understanding that no one had spoken outloud, the squire realized her weapons were placed back into their holsters.

The figure threw up her blade and blocked Tsunaimei's strike, a feminine voice gasped slightly at the strike. The woman jumped back, a lock of dark blue hair momentarily showed itself during the backwards movement. The hooded figure then came at the female knight with a horizontal swipe. Even if Tsunaimei had said anything, the figure wouldn't have responded anyways.

Tsunaimei narrowed her teal-blue eyes at the unknown adversary. Turning her head back to see Yumei and Celeste behind her, Tsunaimei yelled, "Get back! I can handle this!" Unfortunately for the knight, the distraction cost Tsunaimei the time she needed to fully escape the blow. Having jumped back to try to avoid the blade, Tsunaimei felt a sharp stinging sensation in the left side of her exposed abdomen. Though a moderate wound at best, the pain forced the knight into a kneeling position momentarily. "That hair..." She muttered aloud, noting the familiarity of the blue locks. Tsunaimei grunted off the pain and charged at the hooded woman again. She launched a series of strikes at her opponent. The bleeding wound slowed down Tsunaimei's timing of each blow enough to where those with great skill could block the strikes with moderate effort.

So even if that voice hadn't stopped her before, Tsunaimei had just commanded her to step down. Yumei tried to relax, but with the events unfolding right before her eyes the squire wasn't sure if she could stay that way for long. Her violet eyes watched anxiously, hoping that the knight would end victorious.

As the figure was attacked, her steps were pushed back each time. Although a couple of swipes did manage to get through, only one or two hit a place without armor. With all the strikes, the hood on the figure's head wobbled a bit with each block. Then finally, the navy hood fell back, revealing the woman with dark blue hair, and eyes. Her armor was white in color, lined in gold. The look on her face wasn't angry or aggressive. More so concentrating, reading everything Tsunaimei did.

Tsunaimei was about to launch another series of strikes when her opponent's hood fell back and revealed the woman's true identity. The fierce look in her teal-blue eyes quickly diminished and the knight immediately stood down ending the duel. "It can't be..." Tsunaimei muttered in disbelief. The confusion was apparent on the knight's face. She let out a hiss of pain from the wound in her side which she covered with her free hand before speaking again. "You can't be... Reveal yourself!" Tsunaimei demanded despite already knowing the answer.

The woman sheathed her blade before looking at Tsunaimei and opening her mouth to speak. "Lady Tsunaimei, I am who you think. Judge Fiora of Virgo," she quietly said, then casting cure on the woman before her. "I apologize for my entrance, but I do have a reason for it." She paused, thinking for a moment. "I wanted to test you."

Yumei stood there confused as to what was going on. That woman was the judge? What test was she talking about, and what for? This Fiora lady had at least attempted to heal Tsunaimei but she wasn't sure if this person could be trusted.

"Heh, I guess it has been awhile. Good thing you haven't lost your touch." Tsunaimei said with a smug grin on her face. "Test me? I know it's been awhile but I hope I have passed." She was relieved to see her old friend and Judge once again. The knight stood up after being healed and gave Fiora a tight hug. Tears nearly streaming down her face, Tsunaimei said, "It's so good to see you again." She sheathed her sword as well and turned to face Yumei. Returning to her usual demeanor, Tsunaimei said, "It's okay, Yumei. This is Lady Fiora, our long lost leader has returned to taker her place as Judge of Virgo. Welcome back, Lady Fiora." Tsunaimei said while entering a kneeling position.

The holy knight was slightly taken back by Tsunaimei's hug, but only for a moment. Instead, Fiora smiled at the knight. "It's good to see you again as well. I'm afraid my absence has done little to help this order," she said, glancing at Yumei as Tsunaimei kneeled. She was a little amused by Yumei's eyes lighting up before the squire kneeled as well.

A soft laugh escaped as she shook her head. "Both of you please rise," then she quickly added, her tone far more serious yet gentle. "On second thought, Tsunaimei you stay there. ...You have passed my test. I wanted to see your willingness to fight even the unknown for Virgo. Your dedication to this order has been unwavering and your loyalty the highest that I know of."

Fiora then pulled out her sword again and pointed it to Tsunaimei's side, before turning it so once the blade would lightly dip on the knight's shoulder it would be the flat side. "With this in mind, I now make you Arc Knight." She moved the blade over Tsunaimei's head, going for the other shoulder to do the same as she did before.

"Out of the other Arc Knights you alone have withstood the test of time itself and have shown yourself also worthy of the title of Vice-Judge. You're now and forever my second-in-command," she said, sheathing her weapon once again. "Lady Tsunaimei, please rise and may the light of Ultima shine from within you."

Truthfully, Yumei didn't know what to expect when Fiora pulled out her sword while Tsunaimei was down. Until the other woman started speaking, the gunner was a bit afraid that she would attack Tsunaimei again. But then, she had just met this missing judge, she didn't have the past experience nor any true reason to trust her yet. Especially given the events leading up to this.

However, all nervousness disappeared upon hearing of the knight's promotion to Arc Knight. "Wow! Congrats, Lady Tsunaimei!" she blurted out before covering her mouth with a small gasp. She hadn't spoken at a bad time, had she?

Tsunaimei lowered her head with a sense of shame at Firoa's first comment. "I... I did what I could but to no avail. I even tried to seek out Lord Whisper and DnA but they were nowhere to be found either. Forgive me." The knight commented. Tsunaimei noted the change in tone in the Lady Judge's voice but said nothing of it and remained knelled with her head still looking towards the floor. "Yes Milady." She replied at being commanded to stay put.

"I will gladly take on any foolish enough to oppose our Order. Even if it costs me my life to protect all that I hold dear to me. My loyalty knows no bounds. By my sword and my honor, I swear to uphold my word to you and the Order." The sapphire clad knight, now Arc Knight, swore with a gauntlet-ed fist over her heart. Her body tensed a little at the sword's tapping of the shoulders but she quickly relaxed. Tsunaimei was caught in a whirlwind of emotions all hitting her at once. Nearly overwhelmed, she almost tipped over to the side but caught herself before anyone could notice. Upon being commanded to rise, her legs felt like lead but after some effort she rose back to a vertical base. "I am eternally greatly Milady." She said with a grateful bow. After taking a moment to let everything that just transpired soak in, Tsunaimei couldn't help but ask, "Lady Fiora... if I am to take second-in-command... then may I ask what happened to your brother Gwynn?"

Dmitri quietly entered the Order, unaware that Fiora had returned and Tsunaimei had been promoted to Vice Judge. Last he had checked, Tsunaimei was like he was; a wandering Ark Knight concerned about the future of his Order. An Ark Knight left behind with so many questions left unanswered and so few clues to find the answers to them.

As he rounded the corner, he halted, stiffening at seeing a woman with Tsunaimei and their newest recruit. From behind, her dark blue hair seemed familiar....no! It couldn't be!

Dmitri's brow furrowed and he began to continue his advance to Tsunaimei and Yumei cautiously.

"Lady Tsunaimei...is everything fine?"

Tsunaimei quickly turned to face the one who called out her name and placed a hand on the hilt of her sword. She returned her hand after realizing that it was another long time friend in Dmitri. "You were lucky to not to get run through Lord Dmitri. You know better than to sneak up on me." Tsunaimei scolded. "To answer your question, everything is alright now that Lady Fiora has returned and reclaimed leadership of Virgo. So have things been? Its been quite some time since we last met. Send my regards to Lady Brynhildr and Lady Alundra as well."

Celeste stood back and watched while everything unfurled. So it IS the Virgo Judge...she is back.. Celeste thought to herself as she relaxed her arm and quieted the magic she had been getting ready to unleash upon the then unknown person.

Celeste looked as her long friend Tsunaimei was Arc-Knighted and then put into second in command. Celeste wanted to rush forward but she knew better than that. There was a system to everything....so her telling him congrats would have to wait. When a voice sounded behind her, Celeste jumped to the side and saw it was someone else she didn't know. She was confused. All of a sudden there were people coming out of the wood works.

Celeste walked forward timidly clearing her throat softly looking to the blue clad Vice Judge. "Congrats Tsu! It seems everything is coming together for you. I know you will bring your order honor and valor." Celeste curtsied seeing how her friend now out ranked her.

As Celeste straightened up and turned and curtsied low to the Judge of Virgo. "I do believe we have never met. I am Celeste, Arc-Knight and only black mage of Taurus. I have heard of you from many and am glad to see that you are safe." Celeste said as she looked up and smiled her dazzling smile to Judge Fiora.

He reached the entrance of the cathedral, he was sent here to investigate what was the Order of Virgo by the Judge of Aries to investigate what had happened.

He continued to come closer to the door, and begun to hear voices, he abandoned the door, and went to the sides, holding tightly to his sword, and begun to peek inside and notices some knightly armored women and men in there.. What is this? I thought that this was suppose to be as dead as a Marlboro.... unless.. they're undead? I doubt that.. they're too alive upon closer inspection..

Is that?! Can't be?! He thought almost knocking him down on the ground She's alive eh? He thought again, and went back to the front door and opening it and entered in the cathedral. "So.. your back..." said the man with the red hair with his shoulder bearing the shield of the Arian Order.

Dmitri smiled. "Ah, I forgot in my excitement to never sneak up on you Lady Tsunaimei." He bowed low as another woman entered and looked up at Celeste. "I do not think we met either. I am Dmitri fon Rosenburg of Leo. I am also an Ark-Knight."

Dmitri turned to see an man enter. The man looked familiar and it wasn't until Dmitri dwelled upon it that he realized who he was. "Judge Lyrac..." He said in surprise.

But wasn't there a rumor floating about that he retired?
