A building application is simple. If your Hometown on your RPC is blah, blah, you don’t have to make an application for it. Just make your house.

If you’re not making a house in your hometown, you need to make a Building Application in that Town, Village, City, etc. After you make your Building Application, the current Head King/Leader/Lord /Elder must accept it.
