If there's a God you don't see listed just tell us, either I or a crew member will add it to the list. And please note, that not all Minor Gods are available to play in this guild... that would be impossible. >.<

Hypnos (goddess of sleep) was a pretty major one back in ancient greece. We already have Morpheus, but technically he can only control dreams (making his depiction in the books somewhat incorrect as well).

If I may suggest someone to add to the list, may I recommend Chronos? No, not Cronos. I mean this guy. Quote: In Greek mythology, Chronos (Ancient Greek: Χρόνος) in pre-Socratic philosophical works is said to be the personification of time. His name in Modern Greek also means "year" and is alternatively spelled Chronus (Latin spelling). While it's true he may not be an official god, per se, he might as well be. I even have basic ideas for powers his children could have. If you are looking for official gods only, though, feel free to ignore this post.

He's time, actual time. He hung around Ananke, who was necessity. He is a god, yes, but he's time itself. After the creation of the world, he has no importance in the myths, therefore not important in our roleplay. And if a child of Khronos were to exist, well, it would be impossible. The two deities float around Khaos, which then has Aither and Ouranos before the earth. Wikipedia, seriously? >.>;;

Yes, Wikipedia. Mostly just to get the basic idea of him down to those unfamiliar with him. And, specifically, he is the personification of time. As a god, he could technically come to Earth, despite the deities blocking his path. That would be only for a short time so as to keep time stable, but likely long enough to have a child (especially being the god of time and all). But, I suppose that you are ultimately the final word, so I don't mind if Chronos cannot be included.
