Western Rukongai District
Located outside of the Seiretei Gates lies a body of water. The water pours from large circular tubes from the Soul Society, supplying fresh water for the Rukongai people. There are two official Rukongai Districts now Western and Eastern. The western district is located at the western side of the whole Rukongai. The Western District is located at the right of the long bridge. This side has a large hill that stands high above the other land. The houses are located up on this hill. At the bottom are small shacks that hold food, tools, weapons, etc. A large fire pitt is placed at the center of the District for roasting, or warmth. At the far end, near the water edge, is the farm land (holding lambs, cows, horses, etc.). There are several smaller things scattered along the dusty village, the Western Rukongai is more populated than the Eastern.
