For literature, there are many many things you could post. Like you can review and talk about books, and you can also post your own diary/blog. Also, you can post stories that you wrote and have people read/review them. Please don't be too harsh though.
For art, go ahead and post your own art! Review art, post famous artists' art and talk about it (i.g. Van Gogh's Sunflower pictures are so realistic and amazing I find them melancholy and hopeful at the same time). Do anything you want with art as long as it is appropriate.
