I know it's a little early, but it's always good to prepare ahead of time for these kind of things. If there is anyone that may need a ride to AX or could offer to drive people post here. Or if people are thinking of taking the bus there and just need a ride back post that here too. Hopefully you agree to what I have typed out below:
Meeting Spot: Parking Lot near music/theater department (where the 30 minute parking is around there on the entrance from San Jose Hills RD and Grand.) (Unless you need a ride from your house just post it and hopefully someone will be willing to pick you up depending on how far you are from the person. (they may not want to pick you up if you live out of their way unless they want to anyways).
Meeting Time: 7:00am-7:30am since the convention opens at 8:00am and some events start at 9:00am (especially opening ceremonies (based on last year's schedule, but things could change)). Day zero (pick up badges) will be 2:00pm-2:30pm since it's open from 3:00pm-8:00pm
Gas/parking money:$1-$3 a person in each car depending on where you park. I found that there is $5-$7 parking off of Figureoa. Last year I parked along that street and found parking for $7 better than paying $12 in the LACC parking garage.
P.S. Ignore this forum if you are for sure going to be staying in a hotel the whole weekend. It's just for people who are going to and from AX the whole time. Once the offical schedule is up I'll post the link here since the leaving time will vary because of the different times for all events.
VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE EARLIER AND THE GROUP YOU CAME WITH DOESN'T WANT TO LEAVE YET YOU MUST EITHER STAY UNTIL THEY LEAVE OR FIND YOUR OWN RIDE HOME. IT WOULDN'T BE FAIR TO LEAVE EARLIER JUST BECAUSE YOU FEEL IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO GO HOME (just keep that in mind).
If possible would it be ok to try and have a meeting with everyone that is going sometime before AX starts. If not I guess posting through the forums would be enough.
One last thing: any personal information that is shared should only be through a PM with the person you want to ride with or find out more information.

I know for sure I'll have a full car I think on day 3 (July 3rd) and possibly day zero (June 30th) and one seat open the other three. I'll find out for sure as AX gets closer.
