Going to the west takes the party to the much larger and more involved West Hall. Suits of armor block the stairs to the right, and so the only place Sora and his group can explore, once The Wardrobe is moved, is the Undercroft

Dustan, without halting, sped into the undercroft where he felt this daunting aura, and it made him shiver slightly. He shook himself as he went by the wardrobe and into the Undercroft.

Everything that had happened had been an utter blur to Ryu. He had not been expecting Vanity to latch onto him as he had done and it went even further when he had branded him a knight of this unimpressive castle. Glaring at Vanity, not really uttering a word, it had taken him even further by surprise when he was swallowed by the very darkness that Vanity hand induced on this castle. That was in part a fault on Ryu. The boy had not been paying attention and had let his guard down. Furious, he was dragged into the darkness, being kept in it's depths. Even though his eyes were open, he saw and felt nothing. Flicking his wrist, he opened a portal before him, only to be pulled away from the very thing he had created. Fight as he might, the darkness was sucking him away from it until it disappeared completely. That made sense. Opening darkness in, well, darkness. Let me out! He thought darkly, the darkness dissipating around him as he fell into an unknown area of the castle.
"Vanity, you a*****e!"
The boy cursed, knowing that if their connection was strong enough he would feel Ryu's rage. There was nothing more he wanted to do at the moment other than ring his stupid pale neck!

Shin walked up the stairs that went down to the Undercroft, he looked around, and noticed the castle still had a darkness about even in this wing of it. "Damn that Vanity, he ruined a perfect piece of architecture." He walked around the west wing, but nothing seemed interesting to him. So out of bordum he snapped his fingers and disappeared in a flash of light.
