No broken rules.
In the guild for at least 3 months, and active.
Competence, kindness and intelligence. You must treat our members fairly and be someone we find to be competent and respectful.
Understanding that our modship is a democracy, not a dictatorship. If I see you randomly going about deleting threads and sending out warnings without consulting the other mods, you will be demoted.
Here is the application form:
Name: (your name, both your username and what you'd prefer we call you)
Age: (your age. Mostly age doesn't matter much to us, but we like to know anyway.)
Why do you want to be a mod here?
Why do you think you'll be a good mod? (Why do you think you'll be a good mod? Be honest.)
Why do you think you wouldn't be a good mod? (Again, honesty is a virtue. Knowledge of your faults is a sign of someone who is well-adjusted and able to handle the job.)
Do you have any past modding experience? (Be truthful. It's okay if you don't and won't mean an automatic rejection. Forums and chats do count, despite being outside of Gaia.)
A member has broken a minor rule. How do you respond?
A member has broken a major rule. How do you respond?
A topic has recently come up that is riling up members and causing them to complain. What do you do?
There is a member that personally irritates you or someone else but is not violating the rules. What do you do?
Do you accept that you are not the utmost authority, and that other mods can easily overrule you? (Be honest.)
Any final thoughts or comments?
Applications are to be sent to the bot, Multilingualist. Any applications sent to Sockers or Call Me Apple will be ignored. Understand that being rejected does not mean we think you will be a bad mod and we may keep your application on file.
Any questions or comments can be put here, but please do not put your applications here.
Thanks!
