The light woke xzore up. He sat up rubing his eyes he liked how his bed faced the window he liked to wake up with the sun and it felt so good coming in. He got up out of bed and dressed. Somthing was different today every thing seemed to be full of energy or life he could feel it. He pushed it to the side of his mind and went down stairs.
He lived alone his mom and dad had died when he was two and his Aunt gave him money to survive but didn't want to take care of him pluse he didn't want to leave his house which his perents left him in the will.
He went to the bathroom and glanced at his hair making shure there was no cow licks he burshed his hands though his white and black steeked hair which one of his friend had done. His eyes were silver though that was natral the doctors never could figuer it out. He liked them, he got teased alot though.
He went to the kichen and grabed a poptart then walked out the door. He was running close to being late for school.
He ran to the subway and ran into the car as the doors were starting to close he sit down. Somthing grabed his attention he looked up and saw a girl she looked at him and he looked down almost embarrased not wanting her to see his unusal eyes.
He knew she was stairing at him and he liked it and it pleased him more to here them giggling at him he smiled and he was about to talk to them but the train stoped and the one girl he liked jumped up and flew out the door.
He heved a shy and got up himself. The feeling came to him again like every thing had energy and the brightest light was the girl she shined as bright as he himself did. Then it was gone again.
He walked out into the crowd. He had already lost sight of the girl he had seen earlyer. He walked up the stairs and crossed the street to school. As he walked in he caught sight of Rikku fear gripped him he ducked into the bathroom before he could see him.
Rikku was the schools quaterback. Rikku had given xzore a few problems in the past. manly sicking his football buddys on him not acully doing it himself. Xzore still tryed to stay away from him.
Xzore waited till the bell ran then walked out glad that Rikku was gone. He went to his locker. He grabbed his minarure dragon that he made in woodshop. The power serged into him again he touched it with his mind more power serged all around him it traved into his arm. He let out a loud yell of surprise and the power faded. He felt his legs give out and he started to fall. Some one caught him he looked around and saw the girl again.

Rikku woke up in his bed, the light beaming in on his face. "Ahh!" He said as she rolled off his bed form the light. His dog, Roo ran up to him and started to lick his face. He laughed softly as he kissed the top of the cocker spanials head. He streached and went into the bathroom, making himself look nice. Once he was done, he went to his bed room getting dressed in a black polo shirt, perfectly fitting jeans that complimented his masculine look. He grabbed his bookbag in which had everything he need for every class in it. He went downstairs into his kitchen and kissed his mom's cheek as he noticed Roo's bowl was full of food. "Thanks mom I owe you one." He said as he hugged her softly.
"Don't forget your lunch honey." His mom said holding out a brown paper bag.
"Thanks again mom." Rikku said taking it and shoving it in bag. He grabbed his car keys off of the hook in his front hall. "Bye." He said as he ran out the door to his 60's corvette. All his football equipment was already in his car. At a red light he turned on his radio and smiled as he started to dance and sing the song. Once he got to school he changed into his football uniform. He ran out onto the field just in time to practice for the game.
He ran it all until just before the bell rang. He showered quickly and went to his first class. He luickly got there before the bell rang so he had time to talk in the hallway to some of his friends.
Once the bell ring Rikku ran into his class and sat down at the back. He noticed a few people he didn't enjoy in the class but shrugged it off.
"Rikku perkinsfield" Rikku had heard the teacher say.
"Present." He said as he put his hand up. He took out his books and started to get to the work, not really working. He went out the hallway just because. He noticed a guy he didn't perfer and a girl around him. He noticed the guy was on the floor and looked like he was in pain. Although he didn't like The guy he walked over casually as if it was nothing and kneeled. "You okay buddy?" He asked with a kind voice.

The night was starting to lift but the darkness in Vesperio's heart was sething with hateted and he knew it was going to get worse. he started down the road again he was on a serch for his brother.
All he knew of his family was that his mother and father died when he was young. He found out only a day ago he had two brothers one was in seattle with his mothers and fathers fortune. The Other was living with an unkel he wasn't sure of where he lived yet. The one that lived in Seattle he was going to see now. He wanted to know why he was given to a foster home one that abused him one that he never belonged to. He was always called the devil because of his apearances. He had black eyes and dark skin almost loking grey. He had a quick temper too and that is why he was on his way to seattle his fosterparent kicked him out he had almost strangled his foster dad.
Vesperio smiled to himself remembering his foster dad expreshion. somthing had happened that day and he didn't fell like himself it was after an argument which his dad called him the devil so somthing told Vesperio to show his dad how much like a devil he could be but somthing inside him told him it wasn't right he wached his dad go blue it felt so good then he was knocked off by his mom. He was thown out after that but for some reason he didn't care it was like he was nume inside. He finaly reached the citty and he went to the closest phone both. He only knew where his brother Xzore was for the conection he felt with him he followed it to a subway. as he was waiting on him to come out a girl looked at him surprise laced at him she had strong magic and a voice wispered "their it is the cristal its around her neck." The girl got knocked over and he ducked into the shadows he didn't want to be seen untill he found his brother. "who is that?" he asked himself. He didn't realy expet an ancer but the voice wispered "That is the orical. I want you to follow her now go."
He steped back out but she was gone. He saw his brother come out he was about to grabe him when some thing strange erateated from Xzore. He stoped and wached this was becoming even more interesting. He wached his brother enter the school and he followed.
He stayed by the front entrance wacthing every one wached as his brother ducked into the bathroom. He knowticed the guy he was ducking from. The voice came to him again. "A vampire too hmmm this might be more complicated then I thought." He smiled to himself as the plot started to unfold. All the suden the oricals power surged. he felt where it came from and he went to the window. She was siting in the desk closest to the door. she looked at him and he ducked. He went back to the doors and waited till every one went into their classes then walked in and waited in the shadows for his bother to come out.
Once his brother came out he wached him go to his locker and the power started to draw on him. vesperio touched his own and lashed out at his brothers. He herd him scream and he smiled he started to attack once again but the orical came around the corner at that time. So he waited he wacthed her go to his side to help him. He wacthed the vampire come out of the room closest. Now he knew destiny was involved he cursed his luck and just listened to them take his brother away. he listed to their conversation. noting that xzore and the vampire didn't have a good relationship with each other. He waited till they seperated then started to follow Xzore. "No follow the vampire!" the voice wispered. Vespiro changed his corse and waited for the vampire to pass. As he was following him he saw a black puff of smoke come out of himself and wached as it entered the vampire which didn't even seem to knowtice.
He branched off heading for the oricals power he knew the shadow would do the work for him.
Vespiro went to the room the others had went to and waited outside he waited on the other side of the hall. The bell rang he wached as the oracal came out. He waited awhile and wacthed his bother come out and head off in a diferent direction before he came out and followed the oracal. He waited for his chance to grabe her but thier was to many peaple he didnt want to risk it. He ended up waiting across the hall again. He was surprised as his bother came to the room. finaly she came out of the room vespiro stood up and wacthed her. He started following her he got ready to grab her. "Not yet!" The voice hissed. The girl looked around and he relized she had senced somthing. He jumped into a nearby empty hall.
He sat up and looked to where she was she had resumed walking and he wacthed her turn into a room.
"Now! wait for what!" Vespiro wanted to yell but he kept his voice.
"Its not the time!" Was all the voice said.
"What! Do you even know she can sence you?" Vespiro asked iritated "It couldn't be me that she sences because I've been fallowing her and she never sences me its only when you talk."
The voice was silent not saying a thing.
"So if you want me to get the girl then you need to tell me when to do it then shut up when im doing it." Vespiro said he went out of the hall and went to where he saw the girl disapear.
He saw her go into an even smaller room he went to one of the tables in the library where she couldn't see him. The bell rang and he wacthed her come out of the room. leaving her books. he knew she would be back so he waited.
After only a few minets he hears the voice that talks to him though not to him.
"Kill the dweeb!" the voice wispered the sound of the voice even angered vespiro though he knew it wasn't talking to him. a little time passed and the voice wispered again "Make sure he bleeds, Make sure he knows the real meaning of pain."
The voice made vespiro want to tear the thought out of the pearson it was talking about. Then there was a bright light and the voice screamed and went deep into him.
All the suden he saw his brother run into the library. Vespiro realized what had just taken place and he was upset it was his to deal with his brother he wanted to tell the voice this but it had baried its self healing itself.
He waited to see if anyone would follow. He went behind him on the other side of the book case. He knowticed the Xzore was crying and afraid power was running though him it was like he had saw it from him all day and just now knowticed. Xzore reminded vespiro of himself but he wasn't nerdy he felt sorry for this him and he was thinking of telling him so when the bell rang and the girl came in for her books he wacthed her get her books he wacthed his brother go to her and he wished him luck.
"What! This is the same person that is benifiting from your parents death." The voice yelled as it came back out of its sulking.
The girls eyes grow and the two bumped into eachother. Realization grew in the oracals eyes. She looked at him disapointed and ran out of the room without another word.
Satifaction he knew was from the voice stired in him as he wacthed the voices plan take shape.
He went to the door and out side taking in the cool air. He felt the oracals power once more. And curosity or the voices wish pulled him to look into a window. She came into the room about to talk but it never came out what she was going to say. suddenly he saw the power raw and unshaped came out of her and hit xzore in the head he started feedin off it but he saw her friend bump the oracal and the power went out of control whiping arould like a string in the breaz at the same time pulling out of xzore. vespiro saw his chance and grabed the magic into himself. He heard his brother yell and fall to the floor. once he had grabed all the run away magic. The shadow started to emerge.
"What are you doing?" Vespiro yelled anger coming to him "We don't need him!"
"Belive me it is better to controle him then have to fight him." The voice said happly
Before the shade reached his brother the oracal stood up and placed herself infront of him. all the sudded the shade bust into nothing ness and a horable yell filled his head he backed away from the window then turned and ran to the park.
the voice inside him had retreated far into him wonded he guessed. He waited for it to come back but it never did.
suddenly he saw the oracal. he looked around for his brother but there was he was nowere to be seen. this was his chance to get the shard if nothing eles.
He used his spead and snuke up on her.

After Kiya left the nurses office she started back on her way. As she was walking she couldn’t help but think of the guy that she was just helping. He was different from most of they guys around here. But he seemed familiar, thinking back she remembered where she saw him at. He was the guy on the train no wonder why she though she saw him before. “ AH! Man I forgot to tell him my name, oh well its not ill see him again it’s a big school.”
Walking down the hall she finally reaches the office giving the clipboard to the secretary she give a faint smile. “here you are sorry for the tardiness.”
“ goodness you are late, what happened?”
“ I’m sorry I had to help someone to the nurses.”
“ oh dear I hope they’re ok.”
“ that makes two of us.”
“ O God I’m late again, I have to go bye.”
“ have a nice day.”
Running out of the office Kiya finds herself running through the halls again. But while she was running the guys face cam into her mind again. “ god Kiya come on he’s just a guy why are you thinking about him so much.” trying to shake his image away she comes to the door of the classroom, waiting for a few seconds before she opened it to catch her breath. After she was ready she straitened up and opened the door. Greeted by gasps Kiya made her way to her seat. Looking up at her teacher she saw a look of great annoyance on his face. "Well I guess I should have picked someone else to take role to the office what took you so long?"
“ I’m sorry Mr. kutz I had to take a little detour.”
“ detour what kind of detour?”
“ I had to help a friend but its ok now.”
“ help a friend? Well whom might this friend be?”
“ I’m sorry sir I don’t mean to sound rude but I don’t see how the name of my friend would be relevant, To the situation on why I was late.”
“ well I wouldn’t be now would it . But I need to no the name of the one I will be talking to about making my student late.’
“ I apologies greatly Mr. kuts but I invoke my right from the fifth condiment not to reveal my friends name.’
“ very well miss Thomson if that is what you wish. Then you can take their detention as well.”
“ on what grounds?”
“ for being a smart alick and disrespecting the teacher.’
“ with the up most respect sir I….”
But in the middle of her argument she caught the eye of her best friend Mia who shock her head in the don’t push your luck way.
“ yes? What was it you where about to say?”
“ I with draw my argument sir.” but under her breath as quite as she possibly could so the teacher could not hear her she added.
“ for now.”
“ very well, now sit and everyone get ready for the test.”
Sitting down she giggles to herself she cant believe she just did that for a guy she doesn’t even know. “What has gotten into me?” looking down she saw a note sitting on her desk.
Opening it up she saw it was from Mia it read. So whose they guy?
What makes you think it was a guy? Kiya writes and hands it back to her. She saw Mia give her a look and look down and start writing. But before she could give it back Mr. kuts comes by handing out the test. After he passes she hands Kiya the folded paper. And it read. O come on Kiya I know you. You wouldn’t do that for just any one. It had to be a guy because I saw how rigid you became when our teacher ask your friends name.
Smiling she writes back. Ok you got me but the ting is I don’t even know his name my self, I forgot to ask. But I know who he is, you know that guy from the train? Yeah it was him. Weird huh? Handing it back to her she saw Mia face light up and she almost jumped out of her chair with excitement. Writing back as fast a she could she hands Kiya the paper. Oh my god no way! The hot guy. I didn’t know he went to our school. You must really like him to take the heat for him. I mean who wouldn’t, I know I would if I was in your spot. Blushing a little she writes back. Mia I don’t like him ok he needed my help and I didn’t want him to get into trouble he had a hard enough time already. But before she could hand it back Mia hand her another message , almost as if she read her mind. opening this one up it read read these words then why are you blushing? Sighing she returns the paper with just start your test on it. Giggling Mia looks down and begins to write. Knowing what that meant Kiya started on her own test. “ luckily I studied last night.” the test takes the whole period. But before she leave Mia grabs her on the shoulder “don’t look but he’s here.”
“ who?”
“ the guy from the train.”
“ what !?” looking up just in time she sees the guy walking out of the classroom she could have sworn she saw him turn back and look at her, like he wanted to say something to her but when she blinked he was gone. Leaving it up to imagination she got her things and stood up.
‘Did you see him?”
“ I did.”
“I wonder what he doing here.”
“ same class I guess.”
“Oh don’t act so neutral you are freaking out in side I can see that you are.?’
“ well maybe I am a little but I didn’t now he was in our class.”
“ me neither wow fate must be telling you something.”
“ mere coincidence.’
“ sure if you say so.”
“ listen it was only one class I doubt we will see him again. after all it is a big school.”
But after she said that she thought to her self “ that is exactly what you said earlier.”

Getting to her next class she sat down in her same spot next to Mia. After everyone piled in the teacher came up to the front of the room. “ Good morning class .”
“ good morning miss kozak!” Kiya was amazed how much in unison everyone in class spoke.
“ well everyone I have some good news for you today. We have a new student here he transferred in from biology. He had scored high enough on his last test to come here to advances advanced Bio, so everyone give him a warm welcome.” she began to clap her hands and gestured the new student to stand. Looking around she saw the new student stand. It was him the same guy as before. What was he doing here? Turning away she hid her face before he saw her or at lest that is what she thought. Lost in her own though she heard her teacher ask home to say his name for the class . “ umm no offence but I rather not.” was his response. Great she still didn’t know his name.
“ oh well very well, when ever you are ready we will be happy to hear it, come one everyone lest give him a nice welcome.”
“ Welcome!” everyone shouted.
Still hidden in her book she felt a short jab in her left rib, it was Mia smiling at her
“ Coincidence huh? Just one class.? I think not. Its fate I tell you fate.”
“ it is not fate he just tested up that’s all. It not like he new that I was in the class.”
“ * sight* you probably right but still you cant deny that it is truly weird and really interesting at the same time.”
“ Weird yes interesting no.”
“ what ever.” Mia turned to look at him then turned back. “ ok since you don’t like him at all then you wont mind if I call dibs.”
“ Dibs?”
“ yeah. you have a problem with that?”
“ no not at all Dibs away.”
“ ok then I call Dibs on the new hot guy.”
Kiya smiled and look around the room she has never see her best friend so enthusiastic about a guy before. While she was looking she noticed that Mia wasn’t the only girl calling Dibs. She turns back you Mia“ ok but I don’t think it is me you have to worry about .”
“ hu? What do you mean.”
“Well look.”
sure a enough as Mia looked around she two saw the other girls staring at him.
“Well I am just going to have to get to him first.”
“ Ha-ha if you say so.”
“ Oooo… just pay attention to you own work.”
“ will do.”
Looking down at he paper Kiya laughs softly to herself. There are a lot of girls going gaga for this guy. But now that she thought of it the past few times she’s’ seen him he was usually alone. If he was really as popular as it looked he would be sounded all the time. “Well he did say he hid a lot.” she thought to her self “ maybe it was so that he could get from place to place with out all of them.” then she remembers he said it was because of Riku that he hid., not the girls. Looking around again I did seem really weird that most of the girls never noticed him until today. Feeling a little uncofterable she stand up and walks to the teacher.
“ umm exuse me miss kozak I was woundering if I may go to the library to do some reasure for or bio project?”
“ why of core deer here let me write you a pass.”
“ thank you.”
Once Kiya got the pass she calmly walked out of the room sutting the door behind her she lets out a deep sigh. “ that was so weird thank god I am not in there any more.”
continuing on her way to the library she walks past the gym. She notices that no one is into day normally a teacher would have been in setting things up. Passing it off thinking it was because it was a half day. But then all of a sudden she got that strange feeling that she was being watched again. Almost as if the one watching her was so close that they could touch her shuddering she walks faster to the library. Making it o the library she quickly shuts the door behind her. Quickly walking over to the librarian she puts her bag down.
“ good morning Kiya fancy seeing you here this early.”
“ good morning Mrs. Validao, I am here to ask if I can get some biology books and use the study room.”
“ sure you can would you like some help with the books.”
“ yes please, thank you so much.”
“ no problem Kiya let me get the keys to open the door.”
“ok..”
“ here you go the room is all yours”
“ thank you.”
“ you welcome just let me know when you leave so I can lock the door.”
“ ok I will.”
Sitting down she begins to read her books but after a few minutes she got board and started to draw. She drew a small field with flowers and a little lake with a small creek that flows into it.. She drew a littler girl in a dress playing in the field and a baby dragon playing along with her. Behind them sat a beautiful woman and a very handsome man. Smiling. While she was finishing up the face on the man she could help but star at him he looked so familiar almost as if she knew who he was. but of cores she didn’t he was a drawing a figment of her imagination. Shaking it off she realized it was lunch time and she was starving. Deciding to leave her belongings there she gets up and makes her way toward the cafeteria.
“ miss Validao are you there?”
“ huh… she must be at lunch.” leaving a note for her Kiya walks out of the library and heads toward the cafeteria. But as soon as she get there she once again got that weird feeling that something is watching her once again it felt as if it was going to reach out and touch her. Taking off once again she burst into the cafeteria, of cores she attracts the attention of people. Smiling nervously and waving she slips down behind some girls that where walking by and took her palace with Mia at the table.
“ where have you been Kiya I was getting worried.”
“ really?”
“ na I just thought that it would sound nice.”
“ o thanks Mia I really appreciate it.”
“ ha-ha no problem”
“ so what did I miss while I was gone.”
“ well nothing really, just working on the project. O and everyone wanted to be the new guys partner. Blasted girls.”
“ wow I never heard you use that before.’
‘ well I never needed a reason before.”
“ you really do like this guy don you.”
“ well why not you don’t and you where the only one that I would have stepped aside for, and since you told me otherwise yeah.”
“ well good luck. Heay you didn’t happen to go through the line yet have you?”
“ no not yet are you hungry?”
“ starving.”
“well lest go.”
“ok.”

Walking up to the line Kiya saw Riku and his friends hanging out and talking. I kind of looked like they where giving him a hard time. Thinking nothing of it she turns her attention on the food laying out before her. “ oooo sweet sausage burgers today. “
As she gathered her food on her try she looks around as she spots the guy he was in the lunch line not too far behind her, still not knowing his name she decided to go over and ask him but before she was finished getting and paying for her food she sees Riku walking over to him. Thinking that maybe he was wanting to see how he was doing Kiya thought nothing of it so she headed to her table and sat down with Mia.
Then that’s when it happened there was a loud boom sounded like cannon fire the she saw Riku flying through the air and landed with a thud agents the wall on the other side of the room. Jumping out of her chair she races to Riku who was laying in a crumpled heap on the floor.“ Riku are you ok?” but she got no answer. “ Mia go call an ambulance he’s hurt’ checking his vital signs she saw that he was breathing and that his heard beat was ok. Looking around to see what happened she saw the guy from the train standing on the other side of the hallway that Riku just flew from. He looked panicky, Then he took off out the doors. Staying wish Riku till the ambulance came she was interviewed by the E.M.T and a police officer about what happened.

“ so what happened?“
“ well I heard a loud boom then saw Riku fly through the air and land here.“
“ flew?“
“ yeah flew, like he got hit by something really powerful.“
“ ok, “
“ then I ran over here to see if he was ok.”
“then?”
“ then I told Mia to call you guys.”
“ ok”
“ and I took car of him till you go here.”
“ did you see anyone that looked suspicious ?”
“ no I didn’t I was busy taking care of Riku.”
“ ok well if you remember anything ells here is the card to the police station just give us a call.”
“ ok I will.”
watching Riku leave on a stretcher she was suddenly hit with a pang of guilt. She did know who did it but she didn’t say anything.
“why.”
As she walked back to the library she kept asking her self why didn’t she say that she saw who did it. For some reason she just couldn’t.
Walking into the library she notices that miss validao is still not back, thinking nothing of it she walks into the study room and grabs her things. Getting the feeling of the eyes again she looks around tired of it she tries to find out who it is. But sees no one. Gathering her things she starts to walk out the door.“ oof” running into some one she drops her things. Kneeling down she picks them up.
“ I’m sorry I didn’t see you there.”Looking up she sees who it is that she ran into, the guy from the train. Then it hits her he was the one that’s been doing it, he’s the one that was watching her. The reason for all of the weird feelings, now she knew it wasn’t just coincidence, he was fallowing her. Not only that but look at what he did to Riku he was dangerous she knew she had to get away from him. Freaking out she grabs her things as fast as she could. Standing up she takes off leaving him standing there with his mouth open. Running down the hallway she began to think. She thought about all that happened today.
“ he was the one that…..”
“ I cant believe he….
“ I should have never thought that about….’
“ he’s such a… I will never….”
“ why didn’t I tell them? Why?”
She had to find Mia to tell her about her new crush she looked everywhere but could not find her. She knew Mia would be in her next class there she would be able to tell her, so she went to her next class. Waiting for Mia in her next class Kiya very impatiently taps her foot on the floor. As then it happens that familiar feeling washes over her, standing up she gets mad. “ I know you are watching me!” “come out and face me you Pervert!” “stop lurking in the shadows!” “stop fallowing me!” “ if you don’t leave me alone I am going to tell the police what you did to Riku!” In the middle of her rant the bell for calss rings and people starts flowing through the door. The al stair at her in the what are you doing kind of way as they enter the room. A little embarrassed from being found yelling to absolutely no one she smiles “ um…. Hi everyone.” waiving like an idiot she hope to god that someone or something to save her. Her prayer where answered it was Mia, seeing Kiya standing there in the middle of the room looking like a idiot she runs to Kiyas side.
“ its ok everyone she is practicing her lines for the school play.”
“ yeah I’m sorry to freak you all out.”
Taking there place on the circular table Kiya turns to Mia.
“ Mia I have to tell you something, something very important.”
“ what is it?”
“ It ‘s about what happened to Riku in the lunch room.”
“ what about it?’
“ I know who did that to him. It the same person that has been watching me.”
“ you know who did that?”
“ yeah.”
“ well who is it?”
“ well that’s the hard part you see its someone that…..”
But before she could tell her who it was the teacher walked through the door.
“Hello everyone.”
“ what’s up! Mr. Tsunami!” Mr. Tsunamis’ creative writing class as one of the most laid back classes there was. Since there was only nine of them It was a lot of fun.
“ I have a bit of a question I need to run by everyone.”
“ what’s that?”
“ well there is someone that wants to transfer to this class from their old one, but I wanted to runn it by you guys before I said anything. After all we have all been together since the beginning of the year. So I was wondering is it ok if we have a new kid here?”
There was a small huddle between Kiya and her class. After a few mintits of debating the disigen was made. Much to Kiya’s surprise the awnser was yes. So mr Tsunami go on the phone and told the new kids teacher to send them down. There was buzz through out her class every one was wondering who the new person was. Kiya over heard some conversations.” I hope it’s a girl.” I wonder what their name is?” I hope it’s a guy.”
As she was listening to them whisper about they hoped the new person was, all she could do was pray to herself about who she hoped it wasn’t after a few minutes there was a knock at the door. “ oh they’re here, who wants to get the door?” Mia Raises her hand as fast as she could “ I will! Ill get it!” jumping out of her chair Mia bounds to the door. As she watched Mia open the door anxiety rose in her. Then her fear was realized it was him the one that she was dreading to see, the guy from the train.She watches him glaring hating the fact that he once again was in another one of her classes. She felt bad that Mia didn’t know that her new found crush was dangerous. She saw him sit on the other side of the table everyone watching him with smiles on their faces and excitement in their eyes. She knew that this was going to be a long class. Too bad this one was actually her favorite class now it didn’t even register on her likes list. Turning her eyes away from him she focused on the teacher. But she couldn’t help but overhear the questions that her fellow writers where asking him. “ so what class did you come from?” “what kind of things do you write?” “ how old are you?” but no one ever once asked his name. but why did she care? Was it because she wanted to know the name of her stalker? maybe it was because she needed it to tell the police who it was that hurt Riku. She didn’t know the real reason all she knew was that she had to know his name so she divided to ask him she stared at him that kind of star that you give someone you hate focusing all of her anger that she could feel and focused it in her eyes. she opened her mouth she could feel the venom in her words she was ready to ask his name and why he was fallowing her. But before she could say a word Mia jabbed her in the side. Making her break her concentration. “ Kiya pay attention, I know he’s cute but you need to listen to the teacher.”

“ ok guys we are going to start a new project, it going to be a story, about anything you want it to be. But here’s the thing, the whole class is going to come together and do it. One person will right the first part then send it to the next one in line who will write the next part and so on and so forth, Till the story is finished. Well what do you all think?”
The was a huge cheer form her team and she knew that hey loved the idea. The only one that wasn’t cheering was the guy from the train.

instead he was laying on the floor unconscious. A wave of worry filled her she wanted to get up and see if he was ok standing up about to go over there then she remembered who he was and what he had done, not wanting to have any association to him She stopped and sat back down. But Mai was up and over by his side faster then Kiya could say her name. Kiya watched as her best friend tended to him. She wanted to open her mouth and tell her to leave him alone, that he didn’t deserve her help but she stayed quite. She didn’t under stand when it came to telling people all about what happened with him she couldn’t say a word. For some reason she felt like she had to protect him, to keep quite so he didn’t get in trouble. She wanted him to get in trouble, she wanted to speak up, but ever time she opened her mouth nothing came out. Not only that but it seemed like fate didn’t want her to for every time her voice did work someone always interrupted her. So she just sat there and watched, she watched as her class stood around him, she watched as her friend held his head on her lap and waved a scented marker under his nose, she watched as time slowed down.

Then it happened she felt something weird, something ominous, it felt as if it was trying to get him. Turning around as fast as she could she saw it something black was trying to come through the window. Not having any control of her body she stood up and walked toward it facing what ever it was with out fear. What ever she was doing she was doing it on automatic pilot she stood in front of it. Then she spoke the voice that came out of her mouth wasn’t hers, it was older it sounded like a mature woman rather then a sixteen year old girl. “ you… are not welcome here.“ leave before you regret what you are doing.” “ leave them alone you will not get what you want.” what ever it was it did not move. She raised her hand her palm facing the thing. “ I have given you a fair warning. Now be gone!“ there was a loud scream then nothing.

Time became normal again, Kiya found herself sitting in her chair, looking around it seemed as if nothing ever happened. Looking back toward the window expecting to see the black thing she was greeted by instead trees and sunlight. “ what just happened?” blinking in disbelief she shock her head. Then she remembered turning her attention back toward the class she saw Mia she was holding the guy from the train steady for now he was awake. looking back toward the window trying to figure out what on earth happened she tries to ignore the conversation able to hear the conversation behind her. “Is he alright Mia“ she could her MR. Tsunami ask. But before Mia could answer he spoke up "Yeah I’m felling alright!" she heard him stand up "In fact I feel great!" Kiya turned her head just in time to see Mia sighing with relief "Well we better not take any chances.“ she saw Mr. Tsunami look around the class room he looked as if he was trying to pick out the person he thought would be best for his next question "So any volunteers to take him to the nurse?" she saw him look toward her after he asked , it looked as if he was implying that she do it. About to turn her head away she heard a voice answer the question. “ I’ll do it!” snapping to the direction of the voice she saw that it was Mia that answered.” I’ll take him to the nurse.” Kiya could see that Mia was smiling and very excited to have to opportunity to be alone with him. She could see that Mia was wanting to jump up and down like a little girl getting a present. “ ah.. Mia thank you for you wonderful help. Very well you can be the one to take him.” “ Let me write you two a pass and you can go.” watching Mia get the pass she knoticed the smile that never lft her face.

Kiya didn’t like the fact that He best friend was leaving with this awful guy. “ Mr. Tsunami!” Kiya stood up with her hand in the air. “ I would like to……….” but before Kiya could finish her statement she saw Mia shoot her a look of complete annoyance. Knowing what that meant Kiya sat back down. “ you would like to what?” she heard her teacher ask. “ huh? Oh never mind I withdraw my last statement.” seeing the look of annoyance turn into a look of triumph . she watches as Mia leads the guy out of the room. Kiya couldn’t stand knowing that Mia was out in the hallway alone with that guy but she didn’t move to fallow them. She knew that if she went to Mia would never forgive her. But then if she didn’t and Mia got hurt she would never be able to forgive her self. Torn between what to do she had that weird feeling again. Knowing that this was not good Kiya shot out of her seat. “ Mr. Tsunami! I need to go for a moment .” she saw the look in his face and she knew hat he assumed that he knew all to well what she meant, not want to wast the time trying to explaane she let him assume. he nodded his head in consent. Kiya took off as fast as she could she had to find Mia she knew she was in trouble.

“ oh! I’m feeling great! i don’t even know why we have to go to the nurse?” Mia noticed that he was a little embarrassed. “well you passed out in class.”
“I know but I’m feeling great now, like it never happened.”
“ i know but Mr. tsunami doesn’t want to take any chances.”
“yeah i know that’s silly though sending me when i feel alright.” she could tell that he was frustrated at the fact that no one was listening to him.
“yeah….he s just a very cautious guy.” she wanted to show him that she understood where he came from. And it seemed to work he gave up on his protesting and relaxed. “ok well its going to be pointless, i already went once this morning.” that surprised Mia she knew that Kiya had helped him in some way but she didn’t know how she helped him. “you went earlier?“
yeah i almost fainted this morning.” he sounded as if he was a little embarrassed,
Now she knew for certain that this guy was the one that she got in trouble for.

“ Are you sure you are not sick.” she was still a little concerned about his health.
“Well earlier this morning i would have said i wasn’t sure .”
“now i know I’m not sick.” she knew that he saw the look on her face and wanted to quickly add that he was ok to make her feel better, she was still unconvinced.
“I don’t know you passed out during class, and earlier you where about to, I would say you where sick.” she heard him laugh at that.
“well like i said earlier i would have agreed with you
“now i feel incredible!”
Deciding to give up on it she sighed “if you say so.”
He looked as if he didn’t know how to describe the way he felt so he said what he thought sounded the best.“ Its like power flowing through me.”
“power?”
“yeah its like every part of my body is alive with it
like its moving though me trying to get out.”
Mia couldn’t help but laugh “your funny.”
Because of her laughing couldn’t help but laugh as well “ ha i guess so.”
She couldn’t believe that she was all alone with this guy. She had been wanting this all day. Not wanting them to go back to silence she asked the first thing that came to her mind.” so when did you start coming to school here?.” “ why I have never seen you before?”
“well Iv always been here.“
Mia was embarrassed about that how could this guy have been here all this time and she never saw him around. “really?” .
“yeah! I was born here or that I know of.”
After she heard that she was so excited that he and she had that in common.
“me to! i have lived here all my life.” she saw him smile at her reaction.

Her heart leapt at that she couldn’t help but blush a little not wanting him to see her she turned her head and changed the subject.
“do you have any friends.”
“no.” she was able to hear the sadness in his voice.
“why not?.”
“well don’t know actually, I guess that I’m just usually to busy.”
“ with what?”
“ well I’m to one class after the other and in between I am trying to avoid the jocks.”
“oh …. i see.”
Feeling a little guilty she told him her part.“ i have lots of friends,.“
“but only one is my true friend.” she added quickly so that she didn’t sound like she was bragging.
His head came up and snapped into attention after she mentioned Kiya. She saw that he was interested in Kiya. “who’s that?” she could tell he was wanting her to tell him more about her. But this was her time so she answered as Vega as she could. Smiling at him she began to giggle “you should know here you seen her all day.” she saw that he laughed too trying to cover up his disappointment on not getting more from her.
“ oh the girl that sits by you?” he pressed not giving up, hoping that she would slip up.
“yeah she’s my best friend.” Mia loved the fact that she didn’t tell him anything. But was also Kinda jealous that he was more interested in Kiya then her.
“cool.” he said defeated.
“well here we are i guess ill go see if i have a deadly virus or something.”
“see you here in a bit. if you don’t see me again then you know i didn’t survive.” they both started laughing really hard at that. Mia could barley talk but she managed to get out. “do you want me to wait for you?”
“yeah.” she saw him smile
“ok I’ll sit here then.” she was really happy to hear the he wanted her to wait for him.
“ok. I’ll be back. or will i?” they laugh some more.
As he was in the nurses room Mia was left alone in the waiting room. She was alive with emotion, Happiness and excitement. She couldn’t believe that she was with this guy she was so happy. Trying to calm her nerves and slow her heart She began practicing what to say when he returned. She didn’t noticed him come out of the room till she looked up. Standing up as fat as she could she smiled at him.
“you survived!”
He smiled at her “yeah I guess I don’t have the killer virus after all.”
“ so what did she say?“
“ she said i was healthier then ever and not to play sick any more.
Mia couldn’t help but giggle “ that’s good i am glad to hear that.” taking a chance on flirting she looked up him into his eyes.
“so you ready to go back to class?” she saw him turn his head and braking her gaze on him.
Knowing that she made him a little unconformable she looks at he watch. “sure …but its almost over”
“where’s your next class?”
“I’m in art.”
“you?”
“wood shop.” she heard the relief in his voice.
“its on the way, ill walk you to the split off.”
“ok.”
“so what do you do in wood shop?”
“I carve its my only relaxing class.”
“I’m the best.” she heard the pride in his voice.
“ I bet..” she agreed flirtingly.
“what kind of things do you carve?”
“here .” he pulls out of his pocket a beautiful sculpture of a horse handing it over to Mia.
“that is one of mine.”
Seeing the magnificent figurine she gently takes it from him and brings it up to eye level. “O wow that’s beautiful!”
“you did that?” she asked with amazement.
“yeah!”
“you can have it i have lots more.”
Stunned by the fact that he just gave her something so beautiful and personal “:really?”
He smiled at her “yeah.” .
She was al most speechless “thank you so much i will cherish it always.”
he chuckled “ok .” as they where walking in the hall the bell rang. Stopping at a class room door he looks at her.
“well this is my class, ill talk to you later.”
Xzore said hoping to cheer the girl up.
‘i am glad to see that you are doing well.” the girl said perking up from hat Xzore had just told her.
“yeah like i said i didn’t even know why we went but it was fun.” Xzore smiled
“ yeah it was.”
Waving she starts off to her next class.
“bye!”
“bye!”

She started toward her class, her heart soaring with happiness, the guy that she is crushing on just gave her the most beautiful sculptor she has ever seen. Hold it close to her heart she took off running hoping to get to art so she can show Kiya.

Racing down the hall as fast as she could she kept having the feeling that something is wrong, Kiya knew she had to get to Mia. Panting she rushes down the hall thinking to her self. “ I have to make sure she is ok. I will never forgive my self if she is hurt.” “ why didn’t I go with her?” wile thinking she doesn’t see her boot is untied stepping on it she falls to the ground.” OW!” groaning she begins to get back up. That is when she heard laughter, getting to her knees she crawled behind the corner of the wall. Peeking she seas Mia and the guy from the train talking. She was able to tell it was Mia because of her laugh. She only uses that laugh when she is flirting. She watched wanting to stay out of the way but wanting to make sure that she was ok. She stood there listing to their conversation “ that’s good i am glad to hear that.” she saw Mia giggle, breathing a sigh of relief she leans on the wall. “Thank god she ok, but why did I feel like she was in trouble?” not wanting to eves drop on their conversation Kiya stayed hidden. But every once in a while she would accidentally hear something. “I’m the best.” Kiya could hear that he was happy for something. “ I bet..” she couldn’t help but laugh. Mia flirted so easily Kiya was always amazed by it. But today she barley could say anything. As she stood there and giggled she heard a loud scream. Freaking out she quickly looks out from behind the wall and she seas Mia holding a little wooden something. Kiya couldn’t quite make it out but she knew that what ever it was Mia loved it. The guy must have given it to her, not wanting to ruin the moment she huddled back behind the wall. And listen to them talk. Kiya was happy for Mia but for some reason jealousy rose up in her. She didn’t understand why Mia was her best friend and she was really happy for her. But the thought of her with him didn’t sit well. These feelings where concerning her she shouldn’t be feeling this way, especially about him knowing what he did and who he was but she couldn’t help it she saw him first. Not wanting to see what was going on any more she took off down the hall in the other direction making sure they didn’t notice her, She headed off to art class.

Walking around the out side of the school Kiya started to think. “ I don’t under stand why am I feeling this way?” “ he is not worth this kind of aggravation.” “yet for some reason I can say anything agents him.” “ oooo I hate this…… “
“I need to tell Mia about what happened yeah that’s what this feeling is. Its not jelousy its guilt for not telling her about who he really is.” convincing herself that what she said was the case she quickly made her way to class.

Walking into the class room she saw that Mia was not there she must still be with him. She felt a small pain in her stomach, brushing it off as he imagination she took her place in the class. A few minutes later every one came walking in watching the door she sees Mia walk through, holding the little wooden figure Putting her head down looking as if she hadn’t been waiting she hid the red flush of jealousy from Mia.that’s when Mia came sitting down in front of her. “ HI Kiya!” raising her head she looked up at Mia. She looked like she was going to explode with delight. That feeling of jealousy came over her again swallowing hard she forces a smile.” Hi Mia!” “ I see you are as happy as can be . Did something happen with you two?” she saw a shy smile on Mias’ face and a little red on her cheeks. “sorta.” She knew that Mia wanted to talk about it, Kiya though did not. She already knew what happened she didn’t want to be reminded of it. But being Mia best friend she leaned in close and bit the bullet. Sounding as egger and as curious as a best friend should, she smiled. “ so what happened? Tell me all of it. don’t leave anything out.”she saw the smile on Mias’ face and knew that she was getting ready to let it all out. “ ok well first of all I want to thank you for not coming with us, I actually got to know a lot about him.”
“ well your welcome, I am glad to be of service.” that made Mia giggle. “ o I’m sorry I didn’t meant to interrupt please continue.”
“ thank you.” “ he is so cute and really funny, he made up this whole thing that he had a deadly disease and some how survived it was great.” Kiya knew what she was talking about but she had to continue acting like she was interested.“ Deadly disease?” faking curiosity she looks a Mia. “ o I was talking about when he fainted he doesn’t really have one it was a joke.”
“ o I see.”
“ it was so much fun…… hay did you know that he has lived here all his life?”
“ no I did not... that’s really interesting.”
“ yeah and he is really creative. Here look.” she raised her hand in the dramatic fashion and there right in front of Kiyas eyes was a small beautiful horse. the details on it were perfect and it was as smooth as glass. For the first time in this conversation her reaction was genuine.” oh wow……. That’s beautiful, can I hold it?” looking up at Mia she saw a small smug smile quickly cross her face. “ sure here you go.” she could tell that Mia was happily basking in the in the knowledge that this magnificent little statue was hers, given to her buy him. pulling it toward her and taking a closer look Kiya saw the tiny detail in the eyes, the mouth and the mane. It looked like a real stallion that had been shrunken to hand size. “ this is amazing……….”
“ I know….. I thought so too.” “ O! do you want to know the best part?”
“ what’s that?” Kiya wasn’t listening anymore she was mesmerized by the tiny stallion.
Mia giggled and blushed a little. “ he gave it to me.”
That brought Kiya back the picture of her and him standing in the hallway and laughing. Felling slightly noshes she hand Mia back the figurine .” he did?”
“ yeah! I cant believe it either do u think he likes me?”
“ don’t know I haven’t really talked to him.”
“ you haven’t? wow helping him to the nurses before he fainted I thought you would have talked a lot.”
“how did know that?”
“ he told me that he almost fainted this morning and I just put two and two together.”
“ huh …….. Good job.” leaned back on her chair and put her feet up on the table the way she always did in this class, this was the only one that let her do that. Looking over she saw that their teacher miss Alison was coming out of her office.
“ hey guys. How it going.”
“ not bad you?” Kiya was always the one to speak up in this class I was almost as if she was the leader of the class room. It was funny really Kiya didn’t even do anything but everyone seemed to look to her as the leader. There would even be times where she and miss Alison would be talking in the office planning the next project.
“ I am doing well thank you Kiya.” Kiya nodded her head .
“ ok now guys this is our project that we will be doing for the next few weeks. You all know the community park down town has been needing some work right? Well that’s where we come in we are teaming up with the wood shop class and building benches ,information stands and much more to make the place look nicer. We will draw up the blueprints with our partners and then work together to build it. So what do you all think?” there was a rumble of approval from the class it was not very often that the class teamed up with another and did some thing big like this. Everyone was excited to see the outcome of this project. But no one was more excited then Mia Kiya saw that Mia Pratley jumped out of her chair with excitement when she heard the they where teaming up with the woodshop class. “ Excuse me miss Alison.”
“ yes Mia.”
“ how many of us will be working together in a group?”
“ well we would like only two one person from the art class and one from the woodshop class. But there will have to be one group of three.”
Kiya saw Mias’ excitement grow even more she couldn’t believe that Mia was able to hold so much. Mia turned to her and looked her “do you want to be the third member of our group?”
“ um I think we are assigned teams.” she saw the look of disappointment on her face
But before she was able to reassure her miss Alison spoke.
“ ok this is how we are going to pick the partners you all are going to go into this room the woodshop class will be lined up outside and when we say come out the student that came out will be partnered with the student from the woodshop class that walked through the door. This way everyone will be partnered fairly. Ok so go on in and I will call for you all when we are ready.”
As Kiya walked into the little side room with her classmates. She heard everyone talking wondering who they will be partnered with. Mia came walking over to her. “ so who do you think you will be partnered with?”
“ not sure.”
“ I know I want be partnered with.”
“ really whose that?”
“ you’ll see.” Kiya had a feeling she already knew who she was talking about but prayed she was wrong. Just then miss Alison knocked on the door “ come on out.” there was a slight pause everyone looked around wanting to know who it was that was going to be the first person to talk through the door. a small girl stepped forward and everyone inhaled and watched as the girl walked to the door. Kiya leaned over to Mia. “ they are acting like she is walking to her death.” she heard Mia giggle. They watched as the girl diapered behind the door. everything was quite while one by one the group of students got smaller, Soon it was only Kiya and Mia left. Kiya starts to laugh Mia looks at her confused.
“ what are you laughing about/”
“ ha-ha…….. Well I was just think about how dramatic this whole thing is, I mean come on we are just getting project partners. Its not like we are getting pared up with the person that we are to marry or something.” Mia giggled. “ that’s true I guess everyone was just nervous about who their partner was going to be.” just then there was a knock at the door and miss Alison pokes her head around the door. “ so who’s left?”
“ Just Mia and myself.”
“ ok well you are in luck I guess that you are the two that will be in the three person group. Why don’t you come out and meet your wood shop partner.” they walked out of the room. Kiya was dreading to see who it was. But to her surprise it wasn’t who she thought it was, It was another guy. “ thank god.” she sighed but her relief was short lived just then the wood shop teacher walked through the door and spoke to miss Alison he pointed to the door and in came him. Miss Alison looked at him then to her and Mia she smiled and walked over to them. “Well it looked like we have enough people after all. So which one of you wants to partner with him.” Mia smiled “I will.”
“ ok then go on ahead.” Mia winked at her then walked over to him.
‘ hello.” she herd her say.

“Hello!”
“ Hi!” Mia saw him smile “ so do know what we are supposed to be doing?”
She puts her hand to her chin and think for a minute. “i think the said we are making benches: and sign stands.”
“really in the park or in the woodshop?”
“well i think we make up blue print here then go to the wood shop next week to build it.”
“oh’ she could tell he was excited “ i see” he stared to think. “hmm.” he looked down at the ground and paced a little. After a couple of minute Mia speaks up. “do u have anything in mind?” she knew he thought of something when finally he looks up. “well it can be like all animals. since it is going in a park that would look great.”
“Yeah !” Mia loved that thought she was really good at animals. “it would look nice.”
“its a good thing you can draw, i cant for the life of me.”
Mia giggled “ u carve.”
“ Ya, but drawing is different.”
“how so?”
“well when i carve i can feel the shape as i do it. His eyes get starry with the thought and he moves his hand in demonstration. “but…. with drawing i get nothing.” he throws his hands down in depression and looks down.
“oh wow.. i understand how you feel.” thinking of her own work.
“its attack of the stick people.” she couldn’t help but laugh he looks up an laughs with her. They walk over to there table and places a big peace of paper.
“ well lets get our idea here on the paper.” she starts to draw the outline of a bench. Then she draws a small fluffy rabbit nibbling on a leaf on the back board.
“wow that is exactly what I’m talking about.” he sounded astonished Mia was happy that she was able to show him something she was good at.
“that is a beautiful rabbit”
“thanks.” pride swelled up inside her she decided to draw her best thing a family of four the playing Frisbee on the seat of the bench. “so what do u think?”
“yep that is what i was thinking of, its beautiful.”
“ thanks.”
He thought for a moment and pointed at the empty space where the family played. Getting an idea he looks at her. “now do a dog here.”
“ok” she drew a black lab chasing after the Frisbee.
“see what i mean.” he looked at her.
“Ya that looks great.” she smiled.
“now the feet….” he put his hand to his chin and thought. “ hmmm…” then she saw him get an idea. “maybe we could do turtles’ standing up right holding it like this.” he moved his hand to show what he meant.” you mean like this she drew two types of turtles. Two of them where aquatic turtles one was brown its shell was had a pattern of diamonds a smaller one inside a bigger one. The other was green had hearts the same pattern with a bigger heart shadowing the smaller. She took a deep breath she was hoping that he didn’t noticed that she chose that pattern on purpose. The other two where land turtles. One was tan and had a pattern of clovers on its shell. The other was a muddy reddish color with a pattern of triangles on its shell. They where all standing on there hind legs holding the seat of the bench with there front claws.
“Ya that’s it.” she saw him smile. She was happy that she was able to draw what he was thinking. “where should i put the deer?”
“ hmmm…. O I know. How about on the back.”
“ok.’ she switches over to another peace of paper and starts to draw a magnificent stag its antlers a full height. He is looking down over a field from a rock watching over a field of animals. Taking a break from drawing she looks up and sees Kiya laughing with her partner . She didn’t even hear what her partner said. “the antlers would be a pretty shade.” she just kept on watching Kiya. She saw Kiya look at her She smiles and waved she has never seen Kiya like that before “awe that’s sweet.” whispers quietly. The guy from the train looks at her. “what?” startled she turns her head to him. “ huh? o its nothing.” she picks up her pencil and pretends to draw. “what?” he starts looking around she thinks fast “its nothing.”
“ok.” he puts his head back down to work on the project., Mia giggles. He Put his pencil down and looks at her. “ok i know that not nothing, what’s up?” she raises her hands in the air and make a innocent face. “nothing, I swear.” he looks at her not convinced but doesn’t want to push it.“ ok then back to the sketch .”
“ ok .“ Mi returns to the drawing and giggle again. He smiles and shakes his head.
An hour goes by and he stand up straight “that will do it i think.”
“ok.” Mia stand up straight and stretches. He looks back down at the drawing and runs his eyes down the sketch.“ It looks really nice already.” he looks at her. “You draw really well, it almost looks real.”

“thank u.” Looking down at the paper she notices that she messed up on something. bending down she begians to correct it. “she taught me.”
“who?” he asked puzzeled.Mia looks up at him and smiles “ you know, her” Mia point s to Kiya then goes back to her correction he follows to where she was pointing. He seas Kiya talking with Damien he could tell he was flirting with her. He looks quickly away “ oh.” Mia looks up ate him.“ what’s wrong?”
“Nothing its just……. Na its nothing”
She stairs at him with concern. “ Are you sure.”
“ Yeah.” she shrugs her shoulders “ok if u say so.” the bell rings. Mia rolls up the sketch
“talk to you on Monday?”
“ok, see you.”
She walks off to the teachers office then turns around and waves. “bye!”
“bye!”

“Hello!”

“ Hi!” he smiled “ so do know what we are supposed to be doing?”

“I think the said we are making benches." she said with her hand to her chin thinking. "And sign stands.”

“Really in the park or in the woodshop?” he asked felling uniformed.

“Well I think we make up blue print here then go to the wood shop next week to build it.”

“oh" She could tell he was excited “I see” he stared to think. “hmm.”

Xzore looked down at the ground and paced a little. Thinking of what they could do his mind fell on the carving he gave her

“Do you have anything in mind?” After a while on not speeking

“Well it can be like all animals. since it is going in a park that would look great.” Xzore said getting excited.

“Yeah !” She said looking like she was getting excited as well “It would look nice.”

“Its a good thing you can draw, I cant for the life of me.” Xzore said a little agervated he was clumsy when it came to drawing.

“You carve?” mia giggled

“Ya, but drawing is different!” Xzore said looking at a pencel with contempt

“how so?” Mia asked confused.

“Well when I carve I can feel the shape as I do it." Xzore moved his hand in demonstration to show her emagoning he was carving then he threw his hands down. “but…. with drawing i get nothing.”

“Oh wow.. I understand how you feel.” thinking of her own work.

“its attack of the stick people.” he couldn't help but to joke knowing the truth.
Mia laughed he looked up at her and laughed with her. They walk over to there table and she places a big peace of paper.

“Well lets get our idea here on the paper.” she said looking down he saw her concentrate and he loved seeing her like that.

He snaped himself back to reality she drawing the outline of a bench. Then she drew a small fluffy rabbit nibbling on a leaf on the back board.

“Wow that is exactly what I’m talking about.” he said likeing what she was doing. She smiled stars in her eyes “That is a beautiful rabbit.”

“Thanks.” she started drawing a family of four the playing Frisbee on the seat of the bench. “so what do u think?”

“yep that is what i was thinking of, its beautiful.” Xzore said staring at her.

“Thanks.” she smiled thankfully not looking up.

Xzore snaped out of it again he looked down he pointed at the empty space where the family played.

“Now do a dog here.” He said trying as he could to stop thinking of her knowing it was no use.

“Ok” she drew a black lab chasing after the Frisbee.

“See what I mean.” he looked at her.

“Ya that looks great.” she smiled.

“Now the feet….” he put his hand to his chin and thought. “ hmmm…” An idea came to him “Maybe we could do turtles’ standing up right holding it like this.”

He moved his hand to show what he meant.

"you mean like this?" she bent back over this time he was wacthing her hands they were smoth and flawless and they moved across the page with such grace.

She drew two types of turtles. Two of them where aquatic turtles one was brown its shell was had a pattern of diamonds a smaller one inside a bigger one. The other was green had hearts the same pattern with a bigger heart shadowing the smaller. She took a deep breath he looked at her when she didnt knowtice he looked back down at the page. The other two where land turtles. One was tan and had a pattern of clovers on its shell. The other was a muddy reddish color with a pattern of triangles on its shell. They where all standing on there hind legs holding the seat of the bench with there front claws.

“Ya that’s it.” He smiled.

“Where should I put the deer?” she asked looking at him puzzled. his heart lept.

“hmmm…." he looked down at the page smiling to himself. "O I know. How about on the back.”

“Ok." she said

She switches over to another peace of paper and starts to draw a magnificent stag its antlers at full height. He is looking down over a field from a rock watching over a field of animals.
“The antlers would be a pretty shade.” Xzore said a little bit seeing what she was looking at. But she just kept on watching Kiya.

He looked at her thought he knew he shouldn't the girl looked happy and gelesy worked up into him. He didn't understand why. He was with a girl that like him finaly. To be jellous of a man that was hiting on a girl he didn't even know and didn't show any interest in him was just madning.

“Awe that’s sweet.” she whispers quitely.

“What?” he said being brought back

“Huh? o its nothing.” she picks up her pencil and pretends to draw.

“What?” He asked pretending he didn't know he looks around

“Its nothing.” She said looking worried.

“Ok.” he puts his head back down to work on the project.

Mia giggles. He Put his pencil down and looks at her.

“Ok I know that not nothing, what’s up?” he said hoping he didn't sound to irattated

“nothing, I swear.” She raises her hand acting innosent.

"Ok then back to the sketch.” Xzore said showing that he didn't belive her. and smiling to himself.

“Ok." Mia returned to the drawing and giggled once more.

He smiles and shakes his head.

“That will do it I think.” He said after what seemed like an hour.

“Ok.” Mia stand up straight and stretches.

Xzore looked back down at the drawing and looks over it.

“It looks really nice already.” he looks at her smiling. “You draw really well, it almost looks real.”

“Thank You.” she said looking at the drawing then to the other girl “She taught me.”

“Who?” Xzore trys again for her name. “You know, her”

Mia points to Kiya then goes back to her correction he follows to where she was pointing.

"oh!" He looks quickly away

“what’s wrong?” she asked looking back at him.

The bell rung. Mia rolled up the sketch

“talk to you on Monday?” Mia asked as he started to go.

“ok, see you.” He said back wanting to excape to the safty of quiteness

She walks off to the teachers office then turns around and waves. “bye!”

he walked out of the class the girl was gone like she had just disapeared he wanted to avoid the front door so he put his books in his back pack and went to the garden door. he walked out and he started heading home he was going to walk since he had nothing better to do.
"help!" he herd a scream.
he turned and saw the girl she was being backed into the gatden cage. Power flowed though him he ran with all his might and he placed himself inbeween her and the new guy. somthing came out of his hand it was like a sword but it was pure light.

"Who are you?" he asked anger and power surging up in him. "Are you ok?"
he asked turning to her
