Okay boy's and girls I got a request

if you or someone you know can make mods for fallout 3 pc version I'd love to have a few things made :3

Also if anyone has any experience at it I'd like to know how to make a companion and quest.

I have a list of things I'd like made item wise but I don't have a program to make anything.

some simple stuff I'd like to have made

Dizzy's hat/armor(counting the tattoos) from gears of war 2 User Image

Ash's outfit from army of darkness (Including the single handed double barrel and the chainsaw hand) User Image

these are just a few but I haz more :3

Alright I am making a version of the Grenade launcher that one of the bethseda geck tutorials showed but instead of frag grenades I am using cryo grenades. But I am having a problem on getting the grenades to explode on impact I had the same problem using plasma, pulse and frag grenades. Also I would like to change the effect of the cryo grenades for lasting only a few seconds 3-5 to like 10 or 15 if anyone knows how to do this let me know I need help *facepalm*
