Okay, so what I've been thinking of is having a roll call. It's not going to be a case of pm-ing all of you and then having you all p.m. me back, because that's WAY to much of a hassle to do, but instead I'm starting up this sticky thread with a poll, and all you little Bowiens have to do is click the poll option, and leave a short respond in the thread below so I can see who's actually coming and have other little details. (You'd even get a bit of gold for your trouble, if you think about it). The calls will probably last for about a few days to a week or so, and then I'll delete it and start it up again.
Why I'm considering doing this is because I really like the idea of using the video lounge option (although I still need to figure it out) for group showings of David Bowie's Concerts, footage, and movies, (e.g. The Man Who Fell to Earth, Labyrinth), but I don't want to do it if there's no interest, or nobody's going to show up because nobody heard about it by not showing up to the guild in the first place.
So if you show up to the guild regularily, post in this thread, click the poll option, not only will you get some gold and make me happy, but you'll also make it more likely that we can have group showings, which will make this Guild even more of a better place to be!

I still lurk around. I think the video idea is cool, but something I wouldn't be able to do since my internet connection is only slightly better than dial-up. gonk

Also, I like the video lounge idea. We used it to watch The Linguini Incident last fall, and that went really well.

As long as you stop by on a regular basis and generally add stuff so we're not staring at an unchanging page for months, that's all I really care about. Add a few each day, or go nuts on the weekend, I don't really care as long as you contribute somehow.
