Who's on top? As much as I would like Eusine to be on top, it would have to be Morty. Why? Because I feel Eusine's completely oblivious to anything but Suicune, so Morty would have to be the one to take action. Now, if Eusine felt for Morty the same way he feels for Suicune, he'd be the dominant one.
Who would confess their feelings first? Again, Morty, because Eusine probably wouldn't have anything to confess. Even if he did have feelings for Morty, he wouldn't realize it until after his hopes and dreams of Suicune are crushed by Gold/Crystal/Kotone... So after having a revelation, I definitely think he'd confess first.
Who does Eusine love more, Morty or Suicune? Suicune. xD
Should Morty be jealous of Suicune? He should, because that's mostly all Eusine cares about. Morty probably uses Ho-oh as a means to keep himself busy so he doesn't need to feel that way.
