I'm an avid book reader. Currently, I've been borrowing a lot of books from the library. Sometimes it's manga, other times, it's regular fiction. The one thing I find a lot that makes me super mad is when I find pages torn out of a book! scream It's absolutely impossible to tell who did it, and when I say something about it, the librarians never do anything like replace it or take it out of circulation.
Has this ever happened to you?

Blah, so many times. It's so irritating when I'm reading such a good book and a page is missing, all I can think is "What the heck happened on those pages?! I'm just gonna go buy my own copy!"

My library doesn't have a lot of torn books... But there was this one time, I can't remember what book, but I found out two whole chapters have been ripped out! I was like AH! I'd buy my own except I'm broke...

TWO chapters? Isn't that a little too much? What could that person have been thinking? Damaging Library property...

I never get it! I mean, what do they do with the pages? Do they pin them up somewhere in their rooms? Do they use it as kindling? *shudders at that thought* Seriously, if you're ripping out pages just to keep a part of the book, why return the book to the library at all? Why not just keep the book? That would be preferable to missing pages!

lol! Sorry, I got bored XD but yes, I completely agree, it is crap... but it's also hilarious watching people's reactions... so I used to write random notes in library books I knew were going to get to my friend.
For example, if I read a book I KNEW Aarick was going to check out right after me I'd write a note somewhere randomly that said something like "Aarick, you suck." and he's freak out and bring it to me telling me someone was considering against him and flip out. I would of course play along, and he'd write something back that was totally lame. It was always amusing.

Oh it's hilarious, but you have to write really carefully so they can't recognize your handwriting.

I have four different ways of writing. One makes it seem as if I'm dyslexic, another is extremely curly and fancy, another is too neat to seem like mine, and the other is normal.

LOL! Wow, I have two ways of writing that I've noticed... and a few that I can't control (has to do with one of my mental disorders) but one takes hours, and the other is just my normal hand writing.

lol that's awesome. Can you write fluently and smoothly in all or does it take time to like... focus enough to make it? Like normally I can write fast and fluently in my normal handwriting, but it takes time and patience to get the really nice handwriting XD
