Flu fire has started a league but its slightly disorganized so how about a more organized league where there are the usual 8 gym leaders and then if we have enough people the Elite 4 as well.
Although i think your tournament is a great way to decide on who gets what.
But as for the league idea get people to design badges of the gym they wish to be as well.

Yeah but that would be kinda dumb to have that, I say this because if you have 8 gyms + elite 4 you have to make one with people's types of pokemon so if you have one you have to make so that each tournament is focused on each class. Thats my opinion on that. The only trainer I can think of an arguement over this is "blue" or gary ( the 16th gym) and since you want 8 gyms that wouldn't seem managible. Also the fact that you realize that gyms are set at a certin level so battles with all 100 level pokemon is fun but not realistic

I say we should have some sort of awards thingy for new old and new members. We can have rookie of the week, or top poster of the week, or something like that razz . This way, it can help bring people in and interest them

smile Guild Leagues and Tournaments are what attract the most people. Keep those things up the most! (At least that's what I think xD)
