So... I make gaia layouts and code them, go look at my profile for an example. The entire process takes a good two days, one day spent making the graphics and another day spent coding.
I would be more than willing to code a layout for you guys if you would like one. My only request besides you paying me (and I'm not exactly sure how much other people charge for this, but it won't be 'cheap' because of how hard it is to code a layout but what I'll accept for what will depend on how hard/long it took me to code it. A simply layout, for example, would cost a lot less than my layout, which was extremely hard to code.)

So, if you would like a layout find a way to describe the layout to me. I cannot do rollover images outside of the About me section because I don't know how to do it, I'm sorry, but everything else that can be coded in CSS I can do.

If you would like to design and make your own layout graphics and just need someone to code I would be more than happy to do that as well.
