Although I thank you for the position of captain, I cannot say I can make the guild any better. This is a small guild with little appeal to the general public, with few members who barely post. This guild won't get much better unless we can find the crowd of people who actually enjoy this, and get them to join.
Long Story Short: You've appointed a pessimistic leader who things the guild will go virtually nowhere.

I believe that you'll do AMAZING!
This thread has real potential
The word just hasn't spread yet.
Most people don't join guilds because some entry fees are really high
This one however isn't!
I think that we can do it!
I have faith in us!
