This is a thread to show the growth and development of Sylas my Angelic male Kaju. This is a picture of him as a peach still

On January 29'th Sylas finally came into my life. It was a rather interesting thing though. Unlike most pets that I come across, I didn't just walk up and pick him out. It was more like he fell from the sky and hit me in the head. I know it wasn't intentional, things like that never are, but it was a unique moment and one I will always remember.
Sylas (a name I gave this unique living thing) is nothing more than a peach.. though he is.. winged and glows with an internal light that makes me feel calm and serene. I am of course assumeing that this peach is a male, and if I am wrong I am going to be doing a lot of begging of forgiveness for nameing her Sylas. ^^;; Here is to hopeing that I am right and Sylas is content.
After doing some reserch I later discovered that Sylas is one of a unique breed of creatures called Kaju. He is much different than most though, in that he has the wings, and glows. I am being led to believe there is a small chance that he may be something more. That the glowing and the fact that he came from the sky may mean that he is some kind of devine creature, perhaps an angel of some kind.
No matter, he is still my Sylas and he is always going to be a cute little friend. I wont treat him any different than he deserves.

With age comes wisdom, but how can one gauge that when the one they are watching has no visible facial features and doesn't seem to see or hear anything. Sylas seems to be trying to learn to fly, but that is a dangerous thing for one that has no eyes or ears as well. He flaps his wings and takes off a bit, more of a bounceing hop really, and ends up hitting walls and such. I fear for him, I really do. I don't want the soft fragile exterior of his shell to be turned to mush and to lose him.
I am takeing measures right now to make a soft padding for him around the house at knee hight so when he flapps around he will bounce off of it and not be harmed.
