I made another thread in the main area just so people might see it, I fix DS systems to 100% functionality. Unfortunatly I cannot do it within gaia (im not a miricale worker XP. but if your curious on getting yours fixed just PM me, I will even buy broken DS systems, if your worried about having your item stolen or not returned be at ease as I do all transactions through Ebay(unless you are unable to then I accept cash check or money order, I prefer ebay pay pal transcations tho for a recorded transcation) so if I do not return your item and fufil my service I will get in big trouble :3, current parts I have are

Service for wear and tear: If you do break ANY part such as an LCD screen you will only be charged for the part if you have my wear and tear warranty as long as the warranty was previously purchased.

If any component of the DS becomes non functional due to normal use I will replace it for free, If Item is damaged do to abuse, misuse or accident, as long as you have my wear and tear warranty I will only charge you for the part price :3. You must tell me what part is not working, if I examine it and find the damage cause by abuse or misuse, I will contact you and tell you if you explain to me what happened for the abuse or misuse I might discount the part price at my discretion depending on what happened, but you will have your DS sent back to you after being given the option of repair on damage, and you say no. If you choose to have it repaired I will repair it but will not send it back till payment is received if not held under the free wear and tear warranty, if within refusal to pay I will offer to buy the DS from you, and upon refusal of purchase offer I will return your DS to non working order and return it to you, your wear and tear warranty will not be voided till the time expires, I will not keep your DS for any reason unless purchased from you, If no form of payment is received I will return your DS as you sent it to me. I do not accept Gaia gold for payment, as I pay money for my parts. This may change without notice for better clarity if something doesn't make sense. I prefer EBAY TRANSCATIONS for the safety of your DS and your trust and accept money orders cash and check if you are unable to do EBAY and pay pal. ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE ANY HERE AND I WILL ANSWER THEM.

well first of all repairing your buttons will be easy for me, since I want to do secure trades, of items and money I do it through Ebay, what happens is I make an Ebay auction as a "buy it now" as a price quoted to you, I garuntee the cheapest price as Im not in it for the money making mainly for the fun. the price of the auction will cover the shipping cost and repair parts and service fees for the task. I also provide My own "WEAR AND TEAR WARRANTY" if you should ever experience problems with your DS for 3-6(unsure yet) months from normal use I shall repair your DS for free you only pay for shipping, this service does not include broken screens cases and anything dirived from misuse or abuse, Example I will give is if you get your DS serviced by me and withing a few months the screen just stops working or the speakers produce no sound, or so forth I will replace 1 part that is broken on it that you specify that has died do to normal use. if you spill water or liquid on your DS I will look at your system but I do not cover it as wear and tear you only pay shipping but will be charged fr replacment parts if you choose to have it serviced.

Major note to all IF YOU HAVE A NINTENDO WARRANTY STILL, USE IT AND NOT ME AS THEY WILL NOT CHARGE YOU ANYTHING, I provide this service at will for those with no warranties or refused by nintendo, all parts I purchase from other working and non working new and used systems and I garuntee functionality of your DS to 100%.

The ebay buy it now is if you do not trust I will do my job
but cash money order check, work as well, if you would like one of those PM and i will give you my address as I do not want to post it in a thread on gaia, I will add you to the list of repairs and all you do is send me the form of money you specified and your DS to me and I will repair it and send it back in a matter of days after recieving and verifying payment, (if check).

Quick question, are the replacement cases the actual caseing that holds the DS together?

I'm not really interested in the color, but how it works. What I want to do is take of my DS's casing, and giving it a new paint job. So I was curious of how someone could dimantle it.
