In a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game you take on missions as you save countless pokemon who are in danger and in need of assistance, that's why teams are made and explorer guilds are established, now here you can take on missions in two ways:

User Image Literal Missions Or User ImageAction Missions.

Both of them are used in missions, you can choose one or the other, you can't choose both; that'll complicate things. . . sweatdrop Furthermore, there are some missions where it's pre-chosen; meaning you have to do that style no questions asked. The style of missions will be explained in the few following posts.

User ImageLiteral Missions

They say that the best adventures are written in countless books. . .

One of the ways to do a missions is Literal, meaning you write out your missions with any word Processor, as of right now if used well, Literal Missions is the easiest and the Fastest way to complete missions, now I'm not asking for much, but here are the guidelines:

1) Write in 12 Font
2) Take the Floor request and divide it by 3/4 so basically 20/4 which is 5 Pages
3) The Pokemon you fight must equal to the request and remove 4 to it.
4) You may not find Items when during Literal Missions, we; the mods, will decide on what items you'll receive in your missions,
5) You must complete it within three weeks, if not, then you either must leave the rest to a friend, or surrender that mission.
6) if you're going to fight Pokemon you must stick to the Pokemon that's within the area and nothing else.

Advantages in Literal Missions:
1) It's Quick
2) A lot of leeway
3) Use of Imaginations
4) You'll get more PL then usual
5) There's no way you can fail so it's the easiest.
6) There's a chance that you may get something nice if you show your skills as a writer and wow us, (Good luck trying to wow me. . . stare )

User ImageAction Missions

They say that the best adventures are with your best friends who fight beside you. . .

Another way to do missions is doing it action wise, now this one is a little harder and longer, however it's the funnest way and it's the easiest way to acquire Items, the Guide lines are as follows:

1) To start an action Mission you have to pair up with another user, it's better if you do it with a buddy or a moderator (Preferably me of course) :Whee:
2) Take the level request and round up to the nearest zero and remove the 1 zero or and add 3, that's how many pokemon you have to fight, IE: 15= 20= 2=5
3) For how many posts take the pokemon you have to fight and multiply it by 2 if single or 1.5 if double. IE 2x2, 10x1.5 then you can divide amongst the members
4) You have to post at least once every five days, or else the mission is invalid.
5) You may find Items only after you defeat a wild pokemon in battle or for every two posts
6) Look at Literal Missions
7) You get the same Fame points but you must share PL and Mission Items.
(Rules can change because It's new.)

Advantages in Action Missions
1) It's fun
2) Build friendships with other users
3) Develop a relationship between other characters
4) You'll get to acquire Items
5) There's special missions that is mostly based on action missions
6) You also receive more GP then Usual (1.5)

User ImageAftermath

Doing missions is great, but reaping the spoils of war is even better. . .

After the mission is completed the spoils will soon reveal itself.

Most of the Item's you'll get from Missions will be treasure chests, while recruitment will be based on the random encounters. For now I; Blue-Alien, will decide who is recruit-able. I got a system worked out so don't worry. you can only choose one Pokemon from the Group of Pokemon, and more importantly, there will be only four available for recruitment.

So basically, when a mission's finished you'll get up to 2-4 chests depending on the level of the mission, and a recruitment chance.
