Good points to include in a description are:

Hair and eye color.
Build.
Common clothing.

Your description has the right points, but you failed to describe it as anything other than a fact sheet.

Your bio should include points such as your personality, what you like to do, why you decided to join the army, seeing as you chose warrior.

Fighting style is less about what sort of techniques you use in a battle, and more about how your character acts in battle. Are you a pacifist, or a sadist? Do you like to play around with your enemy, or kill them before they can say a word? Your bit about speed and calm is good, but I'd like to see a bit more, or at least better described.

And when I say flesh it out, I don't mean add more facts, though that would be nice. I mean improve on what you have already.

Quite bluntly, your descriptive speech is lacking.
